21वीं सदी की शिक्षा प्रणाली को पारंपरिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में सुधार करते हुए नवाचार को बढ़ावा देना चाहिए। पाठ्यक्रम में गुणवत्ता सुधार की आवश्यकता और छात्रों को 21वीं सदी के अनुकूल दक्षताओं से लैस करने के मद्देनजर शिक्षा प्रणाली के मूल स्वरूप में नवाचार लाया गया है। जिसके लिए, नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने वाली स्कूली संस्कृति का व्यापक रूप से प्रोत्साहन दिए जाने की आवश्यकता है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 में शैक्षिक प्रणाली में सुधार के लिए नवाचार पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया है।

जिसके मद्देनजर, सीबीएसई ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय के इनोवेशन सेल के साथ मिलकर स्कूलों में 'नेशनल इनोवेशन एंड एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप प्रमोशन पॉलिसी (एनआईईपीपी)' शीर्षक से छात्रों में नवाचार और उद्यमिता कौशल को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न दिशा निर्देश जारी किए हैं। यह नीति स्कूली शिक्षा प्रणाली में विभिन्न उपायों के माध्यम से मार्गदर्शन करती है, जिन्हें सीखने के वातावरण को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में अपनाया जा सकता है, जहां छात्रों की रचनात्मकता, विचार, नवाचार, समस्या समाधान और उद्यमिता कौशल को प्रोत्साहन दिया जाता है, चाहे उनकी उम्र कुछ भी हो।

Encouraging entrepreneurship is a great idea but what about the existing entrepreneurs whose issues are unresolved, who has to work on whims and fancies of govt babus, who cannot work without bribing, who doesn’t have any solid protection through law, who has virtually no genuine window to lodge his difficulties. Let’s first bring house in order become giving birth to a new child.

Honorable PM Dear Modi , Young Enterprenors of Country are spoiled by Forign media's, Just Resurch how young brains are spoiled by Google ,YouTube and all forign social media , all these media work in their national intrest , few country men are appointed with high salary to collect information in country and these countrymen also work in their national intrest, Games , Cartons, Rhymes baby songs are influential in early child growth . A baby is crying and Forign made ,Forign language and their greatness is showed to baby to entertain the baby this is basic problem. as soon a baby is born it is influenced with mindset that India is poor and west is rich and during growth it is evident and brain starts contemplating that Bharath is week in leving style and luxury except few rich people . Children has to be groomed in national intrest , National brand, National service in place of becoming slaves to other countries... NEP May help and first end this forign language influence...

The major problem is not innovation but finance, the working capital becomes a risk factor for the common entrepreneur who accepted the challenge as the first generation of the family. Entrepreneurship can be a part of life if we conduct a training program for intensifying the objective through school and college classroom environments. The actual process of how to get the right amount of money at right time is the major factor, sometime it goes in vain due improper training as well infrastructure facilities

I think in policy must include more focus on practical than theory, historical and geographical tour, number and alphabates toys for children, abstract presentation from passages, compulsory routine for hygienic and health purpose, nature loving activities, self opinion presentation on topics, Introduction on information searching skills, online language grammar corrections questions for practice

Entrepreneurship skill is not all about technical skills. Doing business is not easy. Selecting saleable product, selecting right machines, sourcing raw materials, skilled manpower and above all knowledge of complex applicable laws and rules. Whenever some technical person starts working with a small set up, he may know everything about his product. He is able to convince his customers about delivery and quality. But, he may not know about factories act and rules, prevailing environmental laws or about lots of labour laws apart from tax related laws. A lot of his time is wasted in dealing with one law or other. So, development of enterpreneurship skill shall include adequate working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations.

Most of students work to develop some 'App'. But development of App is mostly working with software. If everyone thinks of working with software who will work with machines? Who would manufacture goods? Working with software is good from market point of view but country can not become Aatmanirbhar without good manufacturing base. We generate software products but actually we do not manufacture hardware to use these software. So, whenever we talk of entrepreneurship skills, it is to seen that these are not limited to creating Apps only. Manufacturing is quite fascinating. Just observe an operator working on lathe machine giving shape to something, how carpenter joins wood pieces to make a bed, weaver working on handloom with threads or a welder joining metal pieces to make a grill. We use a lot of products every day but we never give a thought of how it gets manufactured. So, development of entrepreneurship skills shall not be limited to working with software.

The curriculum should mandatorily include behavioural science as a subject.The new gen is lacking this a lot. Secondly a subject on how to manage themselves and their home and neighborhood in case of a disaster like flood or fire or an accident.No religion should be in the curriculum but it can include how to be a good citizen , and practicals like cleaning their own seats, classrooms and schools.Coubtries like Japan follow this intheschool from very young age itself.We can adopt any system which can build a good nation.As we all know youth is our strength with such a high population.

Vocational training at every level of education is absolutely necessary. It helps in students recognise and respect the value of labour in manufacturing something or creating something rather than buying it in few rupees. It would also help them to develop creativity at early stage of life rather being destructive. It would make them understand that creating something takes time and they need to have patience to get the fruits of their work. On the other hand destroying something is quite easy. Also, whatever we think as students while doing something, outcome may not be exactly as per our expectations. Students shall be ready for accepting failures, analyse the past failures in life and restart with some new idea. Teachers, students and other stake holders would jointly demonstrate importance of collaborative efforts Positivity in life remains even during whenever there is negativity around when there are friends together.

When something is started, it takes-off with positive note. Everyone associated with the project is quite optimistic about the outcome. But what happens when something starts going wrong? This is what we witnessed during failure of our lander mission. If the Chief of ISRO could not control his emotions in presence of PM, what can we expect from young entrepreneurs when their dream turns sour. What we discuss in media about success story of some 12 years old becoming CEO of some startup and making millions. But does anyone talk about many broken dreams? When young entrepreneurs were struggling to save their venture did anyone came forward to support them or save them from failure? Many failed startups could be revived just by timely financial support from someone. Is there any mention of this aspect in this policy? When anything goes wrong, every one associated with project is worried about his money at stake and his job. Schools will come out but what would happen to students?
