21वीं सदी की शिक्षा प्रणाली को पारंपरिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में सुधार करते हुए नवाचार को बढ़ावा देना चाहिए। पाठ्यक्रम में गुणवत्ता सुधार की आवश्यकता और छात्रों को 21वीं सदी के अनुकूल दक्षताओं से लैस करने के मद्देनजर शिक्षा प्रणाली के मूल स्वरूप में नवाचार लाया गया है। जिसके लिए, नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने वाली स्कूली संस्कृति का व्यापक रूप से प्रोत्साहन दिए जाने की आवश्यकता है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 में शैक्षिक प्रणाली में सुधार के लिए नवाचार पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया है।

जिसके मद्देनजर, सीबीएसई ने शिक्षा मंत्रालय के इनोवेशन सेल के साथ मिलकर स्कूलों में 'नेशनल इनोवेशन एंड एंटरप्रेन्योरशिप प्रमोशन पॉलिसी (एनआईईपीपी)' शीर्षक से छात्रों में नवाचार और उद्यमिता कौशल को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न दिशा निर्देश जारी किए हैं। यह नीति स्कूली शिक्षा प्रणाली में विभिन्न उपायों के माध्यम से मार्गदर्शन करती है, जिन्हें सीखने के वातावरण को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में अपनाया जा सकता है, जहां छात्रों की रचनात्मकता, विचार, नवाचार, समस्या समाधान और उद्यमिता कौशल को प्रोत्साहन दिया जाता है, चाहे उनकी उम्र कुछ भी हो।

नमस्कार आज हमें अपनी शिक्षा नीति पर गंभीरता से विचार करने की जरूरत है। आज बच्चे कक्षा मे पास तो हो जाते है परन्तु उनका भविष्य क्या है वह खुद भी नहीं जानते । हाल ही मे एक लड़की से मिली जिसने इंजीनियरिंग की थी परन्तु अपने शिक्षा के मुताबिक लाख प्यास के बाबजूद वह नौकरी पाने में असफल रही। आज वह एक चाय की दुकान चलाती है। उस लड़की की तरह ऐसे अनेकों उदाहरण आज देश में भरे पड़े है। पहले तो नौकरी कम निकलती है जो निकलती भी है उसके भी पेपर लीक होते है। शिक्षा में भष्टाचार बहुत है।

There should be a common curriculum and syllabus throughout India. Textbooks should be avoided and e learning platform and worksheets should be source of learning. No parents should be forced to purchase expensive textbooks. More of activity based methods and play way learning should to made mandatory in Primary classes.. Teachers should be equipped for such modern method.

The teachers of Entrepreneurship has to be recognised by the Ministry of Education , who has been teaching Entrepreneurship in senior secondary from the last 15 years and has developed the entrepreneurial competency and attitude in the student at school level. The teacher of entrepreneurship has changed the mind set from job seeker to job provider. Truly developing the innovative and creativity thinking among the student. And also developed the risk taking ability, patience , consistency, understanding and analysing the market environment both internal and external. Teacher of entrepreneurship has changed the way of thinking that how to utilised the resources in best effective manner and to achieve the desired goal. All the quality of a best manager are also develop by them. Teacher of entrepreneurship also teach them that how to convert the problem into opportunities and also how and when to deliver the best to society with minimum price with maximum benifits. Kindly honour them.

make Idea box publicly available at post offices. anyone can drop a suggestion to govt. Later govt analizes them, and good suggestions can be published in gazette or somewhere any entrepreuneur can pick it up and start implementing for the benefit of all at large. public can submit any free idea in hope to see daylight one day. if any reservation they can mention it with contact details within the envelop. this idea box can become a hidden genius digger within our nation.

Innovation is key in the coming Era, however true Innovation and ideation is slightly beyond the linear framework , there is need to have metaphysical chairs in all school curriculum as this opens up the source where original ideas are conceived,basic training to teachers regarding the same with metaphysical literature might help us to create an ecosystem of creativity and innovation, linking science with metaphysical phenomenon will open up the true source of innovation, policy has to look beyond the traditional ways, to implement this
