कई वेक्टर जनित रोग आर्थोपोड्स (मच्छर, टिक्स, कण आदि) के द्वारा संचरित होते हैं तथा भारत में मलेरिया, डेंगी, चिकनगुनिया, फाइलेरियारोग और कालाजार के नाम से व्याप्त हैं। ये रोग जन स्वास्थ्य के लिए गम्भीर समस्या बन गए हैं। इन रोगों के निवारण और नियन्त्रण हेतु राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों को सामाजिक स्तर सहित सभी स्तरों पर लागू किया गया है और आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जा रही है। इस मंच के माध्यम से स्वास्थ्य अनुसंधान विभाग और भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान अनुसंधान परिषद द्वारा इन वेक्टर जनित रोगों के बेहतर निवारण, नियंत्रण और उपचार के लिए नीतियों में सुधार किए जाने के लिए अनुसंधान के माध्यम से परीक्षण किए जाने के लिए सुझाव, विचार, सर्वोत्तम तरीके नवीनकारी विचार आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

Pro-active vector control through targeted vector sanitation at larval stage to reduce population of adult mosquitoes at identified areas can lead to wellness against treatment, reduce disease-related stress and cost and reduce environmental loads of pesticides. The methodology has been shown to be applicable through peer-reviewed works. Collaborative programme with ICMR is under formulation. Support to such program with field application is suggested.

Our problem is lack of ownership. Community engagement for disease prevention and control is required. Being clean and keeping premises clean, washing hand, boiling water, using ladle to take water to drink lies in one's own hand. Thus onus lies on us. Innovative strategies to 'wake up' the communities to take the call on cleanliness, toilets and safe drinking water and get engaged in disease prevention is required.

vector borne diseases are one of the most killer in India. GOI, WHO,respective state govt and many other national and international NGOs contribute in prevention of these deadly diseases. the most important and effective tool against all these diseases is mass education about the course of the diseases, causes, effect and preventive measures. we can not achieve this without public participation and fulfilling our social responsibility simply by taking care of our own house and neighborhood.

Mosquitoes spreading diseases are main issues currently.Measures include cleanliness in the surrounding habitate areas as they breed in dumbs.Lethal ovitrap (LO)which mimic breeding spot of mosquito but use harmful chemical to kill larves and even moquitoes. If use efficiently, it can reduce 90% cases of dengue,malarias cases;found under study. LO can be made biodegradeable and less polluting,harmful and cheaper compared to pestiside spraying.

Modiji.. Aap se meri yahi ash he ki privet teachero ki payment ke baare me nirnay lijiye. Ham kaam or result dono dete he phir bhi gar chale itni bhi payment nahi paaye he. Isiliye meri aapse vinti he ki kam se kam 11000 to milna hi chahiye n. . . Aapki sarkar ki log kitni bhi burai kare me aapke saath hu . . Paya he muze ki aaj nahi to jaldi hi.. Achche din aayenge...kyo abki baar modi sarkar he.
