Is the ministry of skill development asking the sector skill council to create PROJECT REPORTS (on the lines of QP/NOS) for the budding entrepreneurs? This would promote research and innovation too.

Government should allow companies to spend on education under CSR capped at 2% which was implemented by Congress Govt.It should be mandatory by companies which are having turnover of more than 25 lacs to recruit students for summer internship.This way students will learn from the companies irrespective of size and operation.

In every field of education students have been tought by very old methods which are only theory based.there is lack of skills in students.so I want to say look for skill based studies.

At the beginning of every course/subject, there should be a set of real-world projects (current large issues/problems) presented to the student and answers sought on how to tackle them. Over the course of learning the subject, students will then pickup information on how to structurally and scientifically tackle the issues and at the end of the semester a student mindset ready to take on real world issues will be developed - that is precisely what industry and society will need and employ.

To make our population more employable, we need to ensure that current technologies, current topics are taught to children at a very early age. Today, we need to make maths,science, computers and a foreign language as a part of their studies till 12th. After which they can move into any particular vocation. Apart from this, industry will be required to provide 1,2 or 3 year summer internships to ensure the candidate is industry ready. Also the best IITs and IIMs must provide candidates to govt.

Industry academia linkages are must for creating employment.Curriculum should be designed keeping keeping the employment prospects in mind. Skill based courses should be part of regular courses offered in higher education rather than only in polytechnic and industries can be roped in to provide training to students pursuing such courses.

2. PROBLEM - DUMPING OF GOODS BY CHINA: The existing procedure require 3 years data to substantiate imposing of anti dumping duty. Three years is a too long period and the affected indigenous manufacturers cannot sustain the losses for such a long period. SUGGESTIONS: Government should proactively review such dumping activities every six months and levy anti dumping duty to protect the indigenous manufacturers.
