Poor People are taking food for survival only and all age groups are taking same food . Diet Nutrition Awareness program are conducted. Mid day meals pan can be extended to rural area with nominal cost with support of NGOs. All the Slum area are may be converted to small Town ships with good amenities.

Instead of cities and villages type set-up, create townships where we can have everything planned like Neyveli or Chandigarh; Pure water, Reducing pollution by Planting more trees, plants harvested with natural fertilizer, Creating lot of work from jobs for ladies, so that can take care of their child from home too, performing yagnas often at temples, reducing shift timing to 6hrs from 8hrs, so that it will give jobs too and also, spend time with family; These will prevent deaths in children.

For Digital India,we have to go a long way.The first thing to be done is to update the websites of the central government as well as state governments.Even today, many of the websites publish information of the 1991 or 2001 census when 4 years have past since 2011 census.

This can be prevented if malnutrition will not be there and if our primary health care system won't be in shambles. We are just concentrating on the corporate hospital culture. Not only poor, most of the well rich family mothers are also anaemic. Health should be totally free for all like in the UK (NHS) upto some extent, and should be of very high standards at every place. For that all small towns should be upgraded with more education, market and health facilities for doctors to reach there.
