सामाजिक पहुंच और साम्यता का मामला काफी जटिल है। हालांकि, लाभवंचित समूहों जैसे अ.जा., अ.ज.जा., मुस्लिमों, बालिकाओं और विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों तथा सामान्य जनसंख्या के बीच औसत नामांकनों के अंतरालों में कमी आई है, ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से लाभवंचित और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर बच्चों के अधिगम स्तरों, जिनमें सीखने की समझ बहुत कम होती है, में अभी तक बड़ा अंतराल है। व्याोपक और बढ़ते हुए अधिगम अंतरालों ने नामांकन क्षेत्र में प्राप्त समानता के लाभों को खतरा पहुंचाया है क्योंकि अधिगम के कम स्तरों वाले बच्चों के पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़कर जाने की संभावना अधिक रहती है। हमें स्त्री-पुरूष और सामाजिक अंतराल कम करने के मौजूदा हस्तक्षेपों की जांच करने तथा प्रभावकारी समावेश के लिए केन्द्रित कार्यनीतियों को पहचानने की आवश्यकता है।

It should be understand that course content is made by keeping in mind average IQ students and not for low IQ students. Therefore same course content will deprive both. It will be better to provide separate course content to low IQ students and there should be crash courses at each class level so that if any low IQ student perform better due to its handwork and sincerity it could be joined in main stream educations.These crash course can be organised in summer/winter holidays.

Sir, There is 12 standards, from 0-12 class, and every year crores of student used to buy new book. This is a loss and unaffordable to poor people. So instead of that, if school will provide the book in the begining and at the end of year they will take the book back, will be good option. It will save money,paper production and will help poor student in village ....

My domestic helper's child was going to private school. She could not afford the fees and put her in Government school. She is not happy with the instruction and next year she wants to pull her out and put in another private school which again will put strain on her finances. No poor person should think of putting her children in private schools but should be proud to send her kids to government schools. Quality of primary education in government schools have to be improved to reduce drops.

one more thing about reservation system ,since it cannot be changed by any govt. so let it be there but dont give reservation for seats in school or colleges for any course,reservation should be there in form of facility ,where govt. provide the facility ,teaching material,uniform,accessibility etc. for students who comes under reservation but they have to show potential in exam than only should get admission not based on seats system presently.

Centre should see that free education is given to all girls irrespective of the fact they belong to SC/ST or any other minority groups. Scholarships for bright girl students should be ensured. Scholarships should be made available at both Centre and State levels. Similarly separate scholarships for children with special needs should also be arranged.
