केंद्र सरकार के मंत्रालयों/विभागों और केंद्रीय सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों को 23 मार्च 2012 के एस.ओ. 581 (ई) के तहत अधिसूचित सार्वजनिक खरीद आदेश के तहत सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों से माल या सेवाओं के अपने वार्षिक मूल्य का 25% (2018 में संशोधित) खरीदना अनिवार्य है। नीति के तहत, 358 वस्तुएं विशेष रूप से एमएसई से खरीद के लिए आरक्षित हैं जो सूक्ष्म और लघु उद्यमों के प्रचार और विकास में मदद करते हैं और देश में समावेशी विकास को बढ़ावा देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।

मौजूदा सूची में तेजी से बदलती तकनीक के वर्तमान संदर्भ में प्रासंगिकता का पता लगाने और छोटे और सूक्ष्म उद्यमों के विकास की आवश्यकता है। सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय की आंतरिक तकनीकी समिति ने एमएसई से विशेष खरीद के लिए आरक्षित 469 वस्तुओं (वस्तुओं और सेवाओं सहित) की एक संशोधित सूची तैयार की है।

सार्वजनिक खरीद नीति के तहत एमएसई से विशेष खरीद के लिए आरक्षित 469 वस्तुओं की सूची पर अपने सुझाव और विचार साझा करने के लिए हितधारकों, उद्योग संघों, एमएसएमई इकाइयों और देशवासियों को आमंत्रित किया जाता है।

Make timeline failure amounting to corruption 4. Make a committee for investigation where citizen charter and a retired high/Supreme Court judge is also compulsory. Complaints and suo moto matters to be handled by them 5.Bring the investigation in public domain with display of status online

My submission would be. 1. Supporting all MSME entrepreneurs with handholding through GeM and E Nam services. 2. Products especially swadeshi be promoted on all public as well as private shopping apps. 3. Hand holding through timely govt procurement systems. 4. Market intervention policies specially b devised to promote MSME products. 5. Capacity building and strengthening famework through timely trainings and camps. 6. As much as possible exhibitions through departments at town levels. 7. Common fecilitation centers for all specified regionalized MSME units. 8. Robust mechanism to devise timely implementable MSP policies during distress sales. 9. Awareness be given not through offline camps but through print and e media upto maximum level possible. This way money from Govt exchequer be invested in robust trainings and exhibitions...

Because it provides following benefits in MSME industries field: Employment opportunities: MSME industries provide employment opportunities in rural area especially for the traditional arts and the weaker section of society. Improves Economic Condition: by providing employment opportunities, the MSME industries provide more income to people living in rural areas which Improves economic condition in MSME sector. Mobilisation of local resources: MSME Industries facilitate mobilisation and utilisation of local resources which might otherwise remain unutilised. Public procurement policy is a way to purchase twenty five percent product to small and medium industry.it is a way to protect small industry interest for their survival . 1 Ayurved product should be included in this list for their sufficient growth. 2 Traditional art and craft should be included in this list to protect their interest . 3 All public department should be accountable for purchase product from small industries. 4 An inspection team should be monitored whole process with in a year. 5 Responsibility should be fixed for department head and it has to be punishable for any lapse. 6 Tender policy should be formed in interest of SMSE sector. 7 Swadeshi product will be give priority from any other product.

Government shall encourage entrepreneurs of Micro and Small Enterprises to adapt new high-tech manufacturing processes to develop capability to produce products conforming to global standards. To achieve this objective, The Internal Technical Committee of the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises shall identify some components and sub-assemblies which are going into manufacturing of Aviation, Aerospace and Defence related products as Government is developing many defence corridors across country. This list shall be modified accordingly to fulfil the future requirement of the country in making Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

In my 40 years experience I have trained more than 15000 farmers in organic farming its story has been covered by most of the prominent news papers Like journey line in current year I have trained more than 5000 farmers in association KVK kishtwar for which I have received a certificate of excellence my utmost dreams is to touch the target of training 100000 farmers so that the PM efforts towards organic farming can be achieved
