Namaste sir , my name is Suresh Bhovi and am working in the Department of Posts in Karnataka. Sir , we have seen what happened in our country when CAA was introduced, which was nothing to do with citizenship, but still many political/ influencers misinterpreted the clauses of CAA and mislead the innocent people. This should be stopped. There must be special benches of High Court and Supreme Court with special provision to call on the person who is responsible for unrest because of his misinterpretation of Acts and bills and hold such persons responsible. So that every politician/ influencer feel the heat of prosecution before daring to misinterpret the acts and bills enacted by Govt. Of India.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारतीय न्याय व्यवस्था में सुधार किया जाये | देश की न्याय व्यवस्था बहुत ही जर्जर हैं | आम आदमी को समय पर न्याय नहीं मिल पाता हैं मिलती है तो सिर्फ तारीख पे तारीख | उज्जैन न्यायालय में 63 साल बाद विक्रय पत्र 1959 को ख़ारिज करने के लिये वर्ष 2021 में केस रजिस्टर्ड हुआ | जबकि परिसीमा अधिनियम में मियाद 3 वर्ष हैं | न्यायालयों में नियम कायदों की धज्जिया उड़ाई जा रही हैं | उपरोक्त भवन न्यायालय ने ही 1956 में नीलम किया था| न्यायालय का सेल सर्टिफिकेट भी हैं | फिर भी जबरन कुछ लोगो के निजी स्वार्थ के लिए केस घसीटा जा रहा हैं | इससे एक व्यक्ति को दो दो बार पेरालिसिस हो गया | बच्चो के एडमिशन के समय ओरिजनल डाक्यूमेन्ट चेक किये जाते हैं पर न्यायालय में केस रजिस्टर्ड करते समय ओरिजनल डाक्यूमेन्ट चेक नहीं किये जाते हैं |अपराधियों भूमाफियाओ ने न्यायालयों को अपना अड्डा बना लिया हैं लोगो को झूटे केस में उलझाकर रकम वसूलने के लिए परेशान किया जाता हैं | देश में 5 करोड़ केस पेंडिग चल रहे हैं आधे से ज्यादा केस झूटे एवं नियम विरुद्ध होंगे | संसद में भी यह मुद्दा उठा था पर कुछ हुआ नहीं |

More emphasis should be given to construction of residences for workers. Apartments should be created for the workers of the start-up companies in the industrial parks of the central and state governments. The companies where the workers are employed should plan to construct flats with the participation of the Central & State Governments. The Central and State Governments should help the companies that have started business in other areas to think of building residences for their employees. This will enable the workers to have a residence close to the companies where they work. Companies will be able to provide affordable housing for their workers. The government should help build rental flats for workers near industrial parks and on behalf of industrial companies. Workers can spend more time with their families if their residences are located near industrial establishments.The govt should help in building rental houses for workers with the help of companies or industrial parks
