माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी को सादर प्रणाम मैं प्रदीप बडोला उत्तराखंड के पौड़ी गढ़वाल जिले के सिलड़ी काटल गांव से हूं। वर्तमान में मैं हरिद्वार जिले के एक प्राइवेट स्कूल मे शिक्षक हूं। माननीय मेरा सुझाव उत्तराखंड के गांव में हो रहे पलायन एवं सरकारी स्कूलों में घटते छात्र संख्या तथा शिक्षा के घटते स्तर को बढ़ाने से है। मेरा सुझाव है कि राज्य के सभी सरकारी शिक्षकों एवं अन्य कर्मचारीयों को जो जिस गांव से है उसे उसी के गांव में तैनाती दे दी जाए तथा यह अनिवार्य किया जाए कि सभी सरकारी कर्मचारी अपने बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में ही दाखिला दिलाए। माननीय इसके अनेक लाभप्रद परिणाम होंगे – पहला – अपने गांव में ही तैनाती होने से वह शिक्षक पलायन रोकने मे मील का पत्थर साबित होगा साथ ही अपने गांव के विकास मे अहम भूमिका निभाएगा। दूसरा – जब शिक्षकों के खुद के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूलों में पढेंगे तो शिक्षा का स्तर भी उच्चतर होगा और सरकारी स्कूलों में छात्रों की संख्या भी बढ़ेगी। माननीय सरकार के ये कदम गांव के विकास मे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकते हैं। उचित कदम उठाने की प्रतीक्षा रहेगी। जय हिन्द।

प्रधानमंत्री जी राम राम पानी बचाओ, बचाओ जीवन अभियान को बरसात के मौसम में शुरू किया जाना चाहिए।पानी जीवन का एक आधार है। सबसे अधिक बिंदु है पारंपरिक जल निकायों को स्टोर पानी के लिए पुनर्विकास किया जाएगा।दूसरा वृक्षारोपण भूजल स्तर के तहत रिचार्ज करने का एक सबसे अच्छा और सबसे सस्ता तरीका है। सभी हाउसिंग सोसाइटी और अपार्टमेंट में वर्षा जल भंडारण सुविधा विकसित की जानी चाहिए। आम लोगों के बीच जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए जल जागरूकता अभियान शुरू किया जाएगा।
