Respected Sir I am writing to humbly request the support of you in making a formal representation to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), urging the introduction of a Company Law and LLP Law Settlement Scheme to support lakhs of MSMEs that are currently facing serious compliance-related challenges In recent years, especially post-pandemic, numerous Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) across India have been unable to meet their statutory obligations under the Companies Act, 2013 and the LLP Act, 2008. This has resulted in the accumulation of significant penalties, the disqualification of directors, and fear of prosecution, further worsening the financial condition of these businesses I respectfully request yourselves to submit a formal representation to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs recommending the launch of a fresh Company Law and LLP Law Settlement Scheme your support would significantly strengthen this cause and bring much-needed relief to numerous businesses

विषय: ओडिशा में शासन की गंभीर स्थिति को लेकर निवेदन। मान्यवर, सादर निवेदन है कि ओडिशा राज्य की वर्तमान शासन व्यवस्था दिन-ब-दिन बिगड़ती जा रही है। भाजपा सरकार को सत्ता में आए एक वर्ष से अधिक हो गया है, लेकिन अभी तक न तो कोई ठोस विकास कार्य दिखाई दे रहा है, न ही कोई नई भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है। जनता को जोड़ने और लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए कोई नई योजना लागू नहीं की गई है। इससे भी अधिक चिंताजनक बात यह है कि पूर्व नौकरशाह वी. के. पंडियन एक बार फिर राज्य प्रशासन में हस्तक्षेप करते नजर आ रहे हैं। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि वर्तमान सरकार की अक्षमता को देखते हुए वह दोबारा नियंत्रण पाने की कोशिश में हैं, ताकि बीजेडी को फिर से मजबूत किया जा सके। इतना ही नहीं, बीजेडी शासनकाल के कई वरिष्ठ आईएएस अधिकारी आज भी सत्ता में प्रभावशाली पदों पर बने हुए हैं, जो निश्चित रूप से वर्तमान सरकार के कार्यों में बाधा उत्पन्न कर सकते हैं। ओडिशा की जनता और राज्य का भविष्य अब और लापरवाही और निष्क्रियता नहीं झेल सकता।

Sir, There are two types of judicial systems in our country. One for the ordinary men. Even if they commit a small crime, they are first arrested and put in jails. There may or may not be any investigation. Many are languishing in jails for 15-20 years which are disproportionate to the crimes they have committed. No judges of the higher courts talk about them and their human rights. Other for the high profile people. Even if they indulge in serious corruption and crimes, there will be no investigation. If somehow, investigations start they will go to the SC to stop it. Many are “ Open and Shut “ cases where charge sheets have been filed after many years. Still they will not be arrested. If arrested, they manage to get bail in one pretext or another. What is worse, they give sermon on corruption while on bail. This is a travesty of justice. Sooner it is corrected, the better for the society.

My request to the Honorable Prime Minister is that if those who own agricultural land are not using it for agriculture, the government should directly take possession of it and initiate the system of growing food grains on an annual or biennial lease basis to those who undertake agricultural activities. An inspection center should be formed at every taluka level for commercial and trade enterprises and food products. A law should be made to provide death penalty for those who adulterate food products. Those who trade such products should be given life imprisonment. Pharmaceutical products should not be excluded from this. CBSC learning centers have become commercial centers of trade. There are no investigations about CBSC schools in the states. Educational activities have become commercial items. Money transactions are rampant in the name of all-round activities. Educational activities have faded away. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, कल मैंने अपने पोस्ट में भारत में फैले भ्रष्टाचार को खत्म करने की बात की थी। सड़क और परिवहन से जुड़े भ्रष्टाचार की खबरें रोज़ अख़बार में आती हैं। इस संदर्भ में यही कहना चाहता हूँ कि एक बार अच्छे से बनाइए, सड़क और सीवेज सिस्टम कई साल तक जनता को आराम दे सकता है। सड़क पर चलने वाले लोग और गाड़ियां भी सुरक्षित रहेंगी और बार-बार के खर्चे से टैक्स पेयर का पैसा बर्बाद नहीं होगा। इस पोस्ट के साथ मैं अपने शहर की न्यूज़ शेयर कर रहा हूँ। ऐसी ही न्यूज़ पूरे देश में भी आती होंगी।

आज भारत युवाओं का देश है विश्व में सबसे ज्यादा अगर आज के टाइम युवा कही है तो वह भारत है परंतु यह युवा आबादी एक अवसर होनी चाहिए थी देश के लिए तेजी से विकास और विनिर्माण नए इनोवेशन के लिए परन्तु ऐसा नहीं हो पा रहा है यह युवा आबादी देश के लिए वरदान के जगह अभिशाफ बन रही है जैसे क्राइम की घटना बढ़ना रेप के संख्या बढ़ना बेरोजगारी बढ़ना और इन सब का कारण देश का युवा नहीं बल्कि पूर्वती सरकारों की विफल नीतियां है जिसके कारण इन युवाओं को सही दिशा और रोजगार नहीं मिल पाया हालांकि अब इस दिशा में कार्य हो रहा है पर वह बहुत धीमा है और युवा आबादी भी बूढ़ी हो रही है और उनका कौशल वैसे ही जा रहा है तो मेरा सुझाव है कि इस और विशेष ध्यान देना चाहिए और इस पर युद्धस्तर पर कार्य करना चाहिए और हर युवा को रोजगार मिलना चाहिए जिससे देश फायदा ही होगा अर्थव्यवस्था में सुधार होगा, क्राइम रेट कम होगी, देश का विकास तीव्रता से होगा सामाजिक सेवाओं पर खर्च भी कम होगा आदि में चाहता हु देश यह अवसर ना चुके जय हिंद जय भारत धन्यवाद जसवंत सिंह देश के उन करोड़ों बेरोगारो में से एक
