I would like to humbly present a suggestion regarding the growing concern of stray animals and the effective utilization of properties that are being demolished or seized for legal or civic reasons, as seen in several regions including Uttar Pradesh. Instead of letting these properties go to waste or lie unused, I propose that: 1. Such buildings or land be transferred to verified NGOs working for the welfare of stray animals (dogs, cows, cats, etc.) and underprivileged individuals. 2. These properties can be transformed into animal shelters, care centres, or charitable hospitals, which would not only help in controlling the stray animal population but also serve humanitarian purposes. 3. Luxury items or materials recovered from these buildings (such as expensive fittings, furniture, etc.) can be auctioned, and the proceeds used to fund the operations of these NGOs.

The rate of cyber crime solving on cyber portal is almost zero. These frauds are increasing day by day and there is no solution in common peoples hand for same. Roj Lakho log online fraud ka shikar ban rahe he. A drastic step is hence needed in this area and also cases which are registered in portal should not be transferred after a time period to nearest police station or closed abruptly. No one cares about what is being posted here, no matter how serious the matter is, they just don’t care. I have suggested many suggestions till now & I have suggested two important serious topics in this month’s mann ki baat edition only, but no use. You alone striving hard for development of the nation is of no use. This is the only way for suggestions which can catch your eye.
