Respected Sir Brain drain is a glaring problem that India has been facing. The young generation doesn't want to stay in their country and pursue a career. They find limited opportunities in their own country and go abroad either for higher studies or a high- salaried job. They get more opportunities and facilities there. Some even think of settling down there. The government has to come up with new ideas to stop this brain drain. Reservation in education and jobs has disappointed them. Before extending the quota, the government should establish new colleges and more seats in engineering and medical colleges. And there should not be any more quota at pg level.Who knows there may be a hundred percent quota in every sector and brain drain will be in full swing? The rich can send their children abroad.But what about the poor ? Blocking seats at State and All India level simultaneously will definitely lead to a scam as the recent development shows.Hope the government will notice this soon.

speed cameras are placed at many places now. many a times these are used for targating drivers. we are using finest cars on world class roads but speed limits are still based on 1980 burocrasy. my suggession is to use these speed camera data to determine the safe speeds. and based on this data increase the speed limits.
