respected sir, the problem is not the policies but their reach. only we students who preparing for certain jobs know about the policies govt made for different sectors of the society because we study them as questions related to them are being asked in the exams and not the people for whom the policies are actually made. they are not able to get benefits from them. the focus should be to increase the reach of the policies .this could be done by the elected representatives, executives and even young population could be used to do this task. as during elections the ministers were able to seek public for votes even in a very short duration of time so it must not be difficult for them to again seek them for their welfare after they have won their support. the focus should be on implementation of the policies rather than just making so many policies and not getting result of any make less, useful, transparent, easy to understand and approachable to everyone kind of policies. let's discuss .

Hi Sir, The meaning of minority is wrongly used in Bharat Varsh. Minority status should not be based on religious faith but should be based on the customs. For example, there are many tribes in Bharat Varsh, who are almost lost by now or at the danger vanishing from the society. Minority status should be given to those tribes and customs which need special care and protection so that Bharat Varsh do not lose them. Kindly do the needful to amend the perception of Minority in action and in law. To be very straight Islam or Christianity are not minority but a majority in the world population and Bharat Varsh need not give any special attention to protect their customs. I am 23 years old well educated and of sound mind but still the county is not able to use me as a potent resource. to get into a government job is not a easy task.
