ZERO DEATH SNAKE BITE 2021 India is World's 'Snakebite Capital' with 2.8 million bites a year with 35,000–50,000 people dying per year according to WHO.In 2008,a young lady died due to snake bite and we as Doctor couldn't able to provide our best of care.This pained me a lot and we started community awareness,formed venom response team(VRT),trained our staff, called fast response team(FRT) and formed a separate two beded snake bite room without any extra cost.Because of VRT,FRT and snake bite room, we have treated 639 snake bite victims in Demow Government Rural community health centre since 2018,with one death in 2020 who attended late to us.However we have identified our mistake by visiting dead victim home and we intensified our community awareness and VRT formation,.We registered ZERO death in the year 2021 out of 464 snake bite victims who attended.Sir,if we form VRT,FRT and snake bite room in every rural hospitals of India,I am sure we can prevent many preventable deaths.

PATIENT AS TEACHER A poor 9 year girl was bitten by dangerous cobra in her leg followed by a big wound in her leg.We treated her immediately in our Government rural community health centre but she developed a big wound in her leg.As we have no surgeons, they were advised to attend medical college but they wanted to go home,as her parents were daily labourer.Then we used our innovative easily available HONEY as dressing material.We did the wound dressing with honey and surprisingly wound recovered well.Her leg has been saved, otherwise her leg may have to cut.Sir can we,India think of manufacturing of HONEY gel or cream for wound dressing by our own instead of using too costly dressing materials manufactured by foreign company?It is very cheap in comparison to any materials.Thanks to the poor girl who helped us in discovering the value of HONEY in such wound.Please find some patients bitten by cobra with big wound and recovered by honey dressing.The poor girl was a TEACHER for us.

Hi Modiji, It's been from ages there are special reservation quota claimed by SC/ST, minorities or other community in education, govt jobs, politics and many more places. with due respect I would suggest govt to only give the special reservation only for family members having less than 5,00,000Rs early income. Since many people who family income or parents income is more than 10,00,000Rs yearly income are claiming reservation quota. Even in politics this reservation claimed people who are having crores of rupees in reservation please get the amendment on this quota. this will give opportunity for other talented kids or young people applying for Govt job. Move this people for general category and don't give special quota. instead this quota could be extended more for defence or ex-servicemen in millitary, para military, navy or airforce. Please include PAN Number while claiming any quota or get bank statement where PAN card is already linked. Lets give quota for right people.

Hon.Prime Minister,I am a pharmacist fom Khanauri mandi, District-Sangrur, Punjab.I want a change in MRP of medicine which one having high MRP.The generic range of medicine having low price but high MRP.Patient give full money as per MRP but actual price is low.It is directly attack on pocket of poor peoples.One ethical medicine having 10 rs MRP,actual value to the retailer is 7to8 rs but generic range having same 10 rs MRP but actual price is 1to2 rs.The patient purchased generic medicines and paid for ethical medicine.It is wrong.So I hope you think about this seriously and take action as soon as possible.If you want then I can help you in this matter.Please solve this.
