Hon'ble Sir, Delimitation J&K. As per draft delimitation proposal, two women MLAs will be moninated for J&K Assembly as per settled precedence. It will be better option if one women MLAs is nominated from KPs from Kashmiries and other from POJK Refugees from Jammu region to ensure representation from displaced communities who so far have no representation in the State Assembly and struggling for their rights and POJK refugees also demanding for defreezing of 24 Assembly seats of POJK and to reserve 7-8 Seats for them. Alternatively, 2 women MLAs should be nominated from OBC reserve category one from Kashmir and other from Jammu region. This OBC category has otherwise no political representation while SC and ST reserve categories have been granted political reservation since 1950. Under second option, one woman nominated MLA will be from Muslim Community and other from Hindu. A sympathy will be created in OBCs in muslim community BJP will be comfortable in Kashmir.

Minority Status and Eligibility to apply for Minority Scholarship must be updated with population statistics - to ensure that minority category is still minority. This data will definitely help in ensuring that the Minority Scholarship is disbursed to genuinely deserving minority students. Only then misuse of this scholarship will not occur.

respected sir evening library club society should be made encourage children to study for books.it will be helpful in covid times as well. children can issue books on behalf of their adhar card. yoga session should be introduced in morning for children in school or society for healthy future. private hospitals should be encouraged to take cases.As everyone can't approach government big hospital or max or Fortis hospital for treatment. old fashioned for studies should be implemented till 10 after that 5year college with uniform.11 and 12 should be desolve.for more employees and will support life for their family members earliest.

Confused part leadership,Tamilnadu Chief Minister on behalf of Private medical Colleges are doing lot of politics against NEET saying it is against Backward caste/SC/ST and uniting it with Muslim religious aspirations. Honorable PM is requested to mandate digital university to set up a home help council and linked it to digital health care services platform already established by honorable PM,this will be like linked system in Australia.Post Omicron,it will be 6 month after we will get another variant of COVID. Home help council provide a great opportunity for elderly&disadvantaged&will include home cleaning,bathing,changing cloths of patients suffering from various terminal diseases/COVID complications.This will provide a lot of employment to even our uneducated people and making this a part of Ayushman Bharat post discharge of patients will bear expanse of this PM home help council.Digital University platform will enroll those willing to do various services under this scheme and they will get their payment through Ayshman Bharat package of that particular patients.
