Request - shares be transferred by providing family tree & NOC from children and not insisting for Succession Certificate for shares where market value is more than Rs 5 lakhs. I understand it takes more than a year to get a Succession Certificate and also fees are too high. Make rule - Succession Cert. should be issued within 90 days of submission of required documents to the court. The fee be 2% of share value or max. of Rs.10,000/- whichever is lower, OR fee should be based on base value of company share and not market value. Also the Advocate fee should be fixed by the Govt. Widows are already put to lot of hardships. Paying such high fees even before getting the share transferred/amount, as also advocates fleecing the widow by charging very heavy fees only adds to the hardship of the Widows. Request PMO take immediate decision & adequate rules framed & circulated ASAP by SEBI.

Namste Sri Prime minister sir I am Glad that Government help people by many Government schemes. but benifits of all scheme is those who not pay the income taxes. people who pays the income tax have mostly don't get benefits of any Government schemes as Every scheme has income barrier.Even students also don't get scholarship though they are scholar. It feels like injustice to earn more in this country. person earn for their family and pay taxes for betterment of country not for those who don't earn well.what is the benifit of paying Tax if you don't get any help in Education health or retirement. sir there must be some benifits for regular tax payers by that way tax payer also increase and economy of our country also. The Benefits of Government schemes must be to those who pay to Government. either change the Tax module on as tax should be on Expenses not income or Give benifits who stay here and work well to Growth of country.please do justice to tax payers of our country.Jay hind🙏
