कमज़ोर को सहायता के नाम पर प्रदूषित आरक्षण की प्रणाली भेदभाव न बढाए। समीक्षा होनी ही चाहिए: कोटे के अंदर भर्ती व खुली योग्यता की भर्ती से कार्य निष्पादन की विशेष मुल्यांकन होना चाहिए। मेधा का अपमान तब होता है जब कमतर कार्य पर भी बेहतर अवसर व कोटे के अंदर भी कोटा दे कर मेधावी कामगार ठगे जाते हैं।

Dear Sir There is lot of talk about FnO that people are losing lot of money. FnO is a tool for hedging but People are using as gamble. The money they loose is going outside to people like "Jane Street" & "Millennium Management". Hence we need to take action. Sebi is thinking of many action like increasing lot size, qualifying criteria, refraining small retailers from participating, increase tax, etc. These are negative actions & will not go well with people and either people will circumvent or use illegal means like Dabba trading or worst -come on streets and protest. To change the behaviour we need to give a positive stroke, do something which brings better value to people than FnO. A famous example is that to make a line smaller instead of cutting it, draw a bigger line next to it. So my idea is we cut down the tax on long term gain from 10% to 2% & maybe increase the tenure from 1 - 2 year. This will attract people to invest which can change the behaviour from FnO to investment.
