Respected Prime Minister Ji, Namaste. I would like to discuss about Insurance policy. If any person pays one premium only, and after that if he / she is not able to pay the 2nd year due and gets discontinuation of premium, he is not getting any refund out the same. This is also a hard earned money for him. All the Insurance companies are only giving one month grace period and if he is not able to pay, then that money is lost for him. What is my request is suppose for Rs.20000/- premium if he is getting coverage of Rs.200000/- and he pays only one due, at least that 20000/- must be refunded after the tenure or next year any untoward life issue happen to him. Similarly if any one pays Rs.1 lak and discontinue the policy, at least that 1 lakh should be refunded after the policy term is over. So many of Citizens are suffering due to this issue and they hate the Insurance. I request if IRDA involve in this subject and help the citizen on this issue will be great help. Thank you.

Greetings!! While logging in Income Tax Website, we are able to see the tax cut under 26AS. The account from which tax has got cut in the right percentage has got the respective account titled as 'Restricted Refund'.This is due to typo error of our name by the Bank Representative in therespective Bank Account which was selected for refund. Due to occupancy of some of the priority tasks, getting this corrected from the respective Bank will definitely take time for all. This error in name was present in the same bank account, last year also. But many got the amount refunded and invested the refunded amount in some of the development activities. For 2024-2025 ITR Refund many citizens could have got affected and may not be able to spend the expected refund amount on some of the planned or unplanned expenses like emergency medical treatment. However, it would be beneficial if "Restricted Refund" on bank account can be lifted like how the tax has got cut from the account in an automated way.

Some sections of our people are working towards making parts of our country Islamic, bringing in Sharia law and capturing maximum votes to enable representation into authority right upto parliament. Aadarneeya Pradhan Mantriji, your voice during the upcoming Mann ki Baat telling the country to stop using balloons is what everyone needs to hear. We make this request because balloons harm birds, animals, and sea creatures and cause pollution of land and water bodies, yet their usage is widespread. Please help us set the right example during the national celebrations for August 15th, so that we no longer see the release of tricolour balloons or balloons in decorations everywhere.
