2. आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों को कभी भी सेवा से पृथक कर दिया जाता है ऐसे मे कई वर्षों तक विभाग मे काम करने वाला युवा बेरोजगार हो जाता है दूसरी नौकरी करने के लिए उसकी उम्र भी समाप्त हो चुकी होती है। आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों की भी सेवा अवधि सरकारी कर्मचारियों की तरह ही 62 वर्ष तक की जाए। 3. आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों (डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर/कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर) का वेतन कंपनी(ठेकेदार) के मध्यम से ना दिया जाकर सीधे जो आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी जिस विभाग मे कार्य कर रहा है उसी विभाग से सीधे वेतन दिया जाए। क्योंकि कंपनी(ठेकेदार) वेतन देने मे 5 से 6 महीने तक का समय लगा देती हैं और वेतन का 50% तक अपने जेब मे डाल लेती हैं जिससे आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों को मानसिक और आर्थिक रूप से परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है।
