Please ask every citizen to atleast plant a tree in this month, label it with own name or any name as per his choice and take care of this tree as his child with personal affection. Respected PM Shri Narendra Modi ji, I am too small to suggest you but want to share and idea by which paper leak can be avoided and if it happens only a group of members would be held responsible. In Our Motherland Bharat we have hardly to many centers where exams are schedule, today we are rich in technology and connectivity why cannot we set up a Common Command Centre where papers are prepared and loaded on a computer and just before the exam starts lets say before 1 hour we can transfer data to the exam centre on the computer they have and the same can be printed and handover to the students appearing for exams. We need to supply High Tech Computer, internet facility and printers so that there is no delay in transmitting the same and printing the same. This way it will be cost effective and would be leak proof. Even if a leak takes place it will be happen from Central Command place and remote 1% would happen at center.
