The City “Bidhannagar” in West Bengal has been selected as one of the Smart Cities to be developed under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of India's Smart City Mission. In order to participate in the Round II of the 'City Challenge' competition, we desire to formulate our own unique PAN City Smart Solution (A Smart Solution that could be applied City wide) and one Area to be selected for Area Based Development and Requesting Citizens to Give Their Valuable Opinions about PAN City solution and Area for Area Based Development.

iv) Water Quality and Quantity Management
v) Leakage Identification, Preventive Maintenance

3) Health Management System

vi) Health management system with emergency response system.
vii) Information accessibility of medical shops, doctors, hospitals, ambulances
viii) Prevention of malaria and dengue.

4) Education Management System

ix) On-line platform for accessing information on all educational facilities
x) Digital literacy

5) Safety and Security

xi) Smart Surveillance System
xii) Emergency Response System

6) Urban Mobility

xiii) Intelligent Traffic Management
xiv) Integrated Multi Modal Transport
xv) Last Mile Connectivity

7) Energy Management
