Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation, in Karnataka State has been selected by the Ministry of Urban Development as one of the 100 smart cities to participate in the “Smart City” Challenge Stage-2 by the Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India.

All public sectors, school, colleges, government offices should have clean toilets. 2)each public buildings like commercial complexes, malls, theatre, mantap, hospitals must be given the responsibility of maintaining cleanliness in their buildings and roads besides them. we can give them tax concession or some reward if they do so. else penalize them

#Hubballi Dharwad smart city Proposal centrally located under-utilized high-value lands under the control of various govt. departments. In view of acquisition difficulties these lands can be better utilized under an integrated approach to yield resources, make room for improvements, add public facilities and green network. also PPP model can be adopted to implement bigger projects.

one way traffic should be implemented to move vehicle and public smoothly,parking area should be identified as per done in old area, strictly one way to be implemented all hoarding should be digital, all divider should be well decorated and breaking of traffic rules ticketing systems should be implemented
