Well... India pollution level is increasing day by day and union government should bring some strict measures and laws related to the pollution level in India...the funds should be allocated differently for this purpose...like how can we reduce pollution or minimise this problem as much as possible...the pollution problem was only visible in the big cities...but now these pollution problem has even reached the small cities and villages...many people are suffering from allergies, asthma and lungs disease... government should give priority to these issues...smoke towers, plantation, control on pollution level , mostly big industrial companies release harmful and hazardous gas in the atmosphere...this issue should be taken seriously by the union government...

Parent care leave for women officers- There are several women officers who are the singly responsible for taking care of their elderly parents. Or something share this responsibility with their siblings, who at times are settled abroad or are not in a position to take care of elderly (often sick) parents. At such times, it's seen that it's not always easy to take leave. It often depends on the discretion of the reporting officer. Women as a policy have Child Care Leave, which has helped them to take care of their children. Often there are single children who need to devote time to be with their elderly parents in time of illness. It's not always possible to get a transfer to ones parents' location, although that does happen sometimes. With Parent Care Leave, the geriatric health goals of the Govt. are also met.

Currently, only 4% of population of India is taking the burden of Income tax. Hence, salaried people have to pay high taxes which went upto 30%, on the other hand many business people are paying nothing, because there is no direct process to track their income. I would suggest everyone should pay tax. Tax can be as small as ₹100 per year if he/she earns ₹100000 per year. Make this taxation so easy that they can just pay through UPI, the way we pay for house tax/water tax based on the invoice. We have a huge population if everyone pays even ₹10 a day, we can earn ₹1400 cr in a day. Kindly think about it, and make a mechanism to cover everyone under tax, and ease the burden from the salaried people. This makes every citizen of India more responsible in contributing to the India's development.

I am a Chartered accountant by profession. Following are my suggestion - 1) Reduce Tax burden on salary class and the same can be filled by increasing the same on business class who evade taxes. This can only be done through use of technology. Tax burden can be reduced in for salary class by increasing limit of basic exemption of 50K. Provide HRA exemption of 50% to people living in Banglore, Hyderabad and Pune. Many such things can help to incentive the salaried class. 2) Increase Tax base of GST over longer run and reduce income tax burden on Indians. Though it is still necessary to Tax Corporates and people earning high. 3) Just a suggestion - Can we have a specific separate allocation for streat lights and cameras across countries in pilot phases. Majority of foreign countries use lights as their butification tool and camera can help in number of ways. It is not costly too to implement. This way we can project Bharat in much better way.

Steps should be taken to recover the parts of our state of Kashmir occupied by Pakistan.Actions against the peace of our country continue to take place in Pakistan occupied area. So we should start recovering the parts of our Kashmir state occupied by Pakistan through military action. Renovation should be done. Special funds should be allocated in this budget to complete the works quickly. It is enough to hold parliamentary elections only after recovering the parts of our state of Kashmir occupied by Pakistan. In our country, there have been various blasts, deaths and damage to the Kashmir issue. We should start writing the last page for the Kashmir issue in this budget. Additional funds should be allocated to the army to create a special integrated special force to recover the areas of our country occupied by neighboring countries. Now is the best time for us to recover Pakistan Occupied Kashmir

I think time has come to provide incentives to the couples who pledge not to produce babies for next 5 years or may be forever. Our motherland has food which is hardly enough for present population . So for better and optimum use of resources, we have to take this call. Secondly health insurance should cover every citizen, irrespective of financial status. A sick person give stress to family, to healthcare system and finally to the country. Many of us have to take loan or sell gold or property to pay medical bill.
