Jammu is one of the important cities in terms of its rich historical background, strategic location and administrative aspect. Jammu is the largest cosmopolitan city in J&K state. The city has been selected to be an aspiring Smart City due to its importance. The citizens are invited for the open discussion on Jammu Smart City. You are requested to give your valuable inputs and suggestions on how Jammu can be developed as a Smart City? The objective of the discussion is to understand the development aspirations of the citizens with focus on vision of development, Specialty of the city in terms of heritage and tourism, major issues and challenges etc.

The basic aim of smart city is, all types of facilities and infrastructure will be available to the people , so that, the living standard of the people can be happy or satisfactory, to comply the above condition, development is very important factor for increase in employment of region, development requires man,money,machines,adv.technology, infrastructure and other allied facilities for development of business, the govt. should attract the outside enterprenious to invest in Jammu ,best wishes

In my opinion jammu needs a pattern of uniformity in terms of infrastructure and keep a tab on the waste management remedies bcz in recent outputs by indian govt. jammu city stands at. 427 rank in terms of cleanliness evenmore it should focus on the tourist destination maintainance bcs tourism is one of the major source of income in jammu,also traffic system is lacking far behind in comparison to cities like chandigarh,ambala,etc

Road connectivity,change there education pattern,celebrate some week as demonstrating feature of other state ,start discussion of different parts of young student in one bench with j&k youngster ,use social media to be friendly with youngster of j&k,Apply diff technology to maintain legal connectivity,most important is faith,conduct,knowledge of administrator while handling the people

j&k is an integral part of India,tell by all the people but why we are nt thinking the point that why the people of j&k not cooperate with us the reason are as follow,1.educationally backwardness,2.economical activity 3.social activity,the people of j&k not understanding difference between terrorist and religious activity,only one solution on that education ,social contact between other state people with them,youngster of that state turn to wrong path because these people givethem eco.support,
