To Save public money, tender Notices of govt departments should be published only on the website of the respective department and not in newspapers. Alerts may be sent to already registered users on the respective website. Most users already rely on websites and alerts rather than newspapers. This practice would encourage Digital India and would help utilize taxpayers' money saved from newspaper ads on more productive works.

#MannKiBaat. Please make POSTER MUKT BHARAT by implementing the various Anti Defacement Acts of the States. Please also make one All India Anti Defacement Act as the States Acts are as old as of 1959 and out of date. This All India Act will cover every inch of Indian Territory. This will save Tons of Paper thus trees. It will also increase the Advertisement Revenue of the Civic Agencies. Cities will look cleaner. It is a WIN WIN situation for all.
