Unemployment should be tackled by inviting and setting up skill intensive industries and opening up skill development institutes which can train people in electronics, mobile assembly, auto assembly and similar manufacturing jobs. When people will get jobs and salaries, they will be less prone to indulge in anti social or criminal behavior. Poverty breeds all these problems.

Solid waste management should be prioritized and door to door collection should be done properly, if private sector's help is needed then it should be taken. Current attitude towards garbage collection is very lax and callous. The facility is stopped after some time. Covered trucks should be used to carry garbage. No smart city can have garbage piled everywhere.

The condition of health care is very very bad in Lucknow as more and more people are dying from serious diseases. Lucknow needs more world class hospitals before it needs free WIFI and 4G. Priorities should be fixed. Open medical colleges and hire more doctors and nurses as right now there is a huge shortage.

* Basic infrastructure of the city needs to be improved first like drainage, roads etc. * No new construction should be approved till it has taken NOC from Municipality & concerned Govt. department. * More & more flyovers are required to meet out with the problem of traffic jam. * Law offenders should be penalised strictly. * Wastage of electricity should be adhered to on priority basis.
