It acts as a bridge between the development plan and the needs of the people; it ensures that most of the urgent needs of the communities are met in the proposal. It is also one of the ways to develop sense of ownership and belongingness among the people for the development of their own city and the support of people can be gaged for the project.

green field development is a very good area around the charan khud stream . smart parking , underground dustbins as well as LED street lighting are the need of the hour and will spearhead the transformation of our city. Personally i feel CENTRAL UNIVERSITY should be started from #Dharamshala as soon as possible in its true spirit to benefit the youth and the society overall importantly this portal is a hard nut to crack . logging itself takes around 15 minutes most of the times .

To make Dharamshala a smart town we need to make the main Kotwali bazar as a no traffic zone initially for a few evening hours and then a permanent one just like Solan town, and making parallel routes via link roads of Shyamnagar, Sudher,Kalapul and proposing construction of CUHP in and around Dharamshala and not Dehra as being an alumni of the same I know that university can get good students and well read faculty only if they are given an option of being stationed at Dharamshala and not dehra
