Tiruchirappalli City Municipal Corporation has been ranked first among 12 cities selected for implementing Smart City project in Tamil Nadu and is gaining momentum to get shortlisted in the final round of Smart City Challenge where 20 cities would be selected in the first year.

The vibrant citizens of Tiruchirappalli are requested to post their views pertaining to municipal and city’s basic infrastructure such as water supply, electricity, sanitation, waste management, transport, parking, energy,housing, IT solutions,safety and security. Residents are encouraged to give their ideas and suggestions at city level as well as local area level solutionsin Tiruchirappalli.

Let us join hands together in making Tiruchirappalli a global Smart City!

First of all please restrict the drainage water mix with Cauvery water,restrict the plastic usage,need public toilet with good health condition it must be placed near the public place.improve the wastage management system.crate some awareness to people to care our city,to follow the rules.give opportunity to local engineers to develop our city.need parking facilities for all type of vehicles.bane the poster,flux board.need platform.need fly bridge at passport office..... ...ext

Roads: Ring road to be completed by crossing Cauvery, colliroon Salem road chennai road City connectivity from all roads to be made 4 ways Satellite bus stand by the side of Ring road Airport Runway expansion Underground drainage system City all internal roads as one way Buliward roads as two way with internal roads Babu Road and Madurai Road as parking roads Under grounding of all Over head lines as under ground cables Earlier proposed under TUIS by TNEB

Before asking opinion from the public, they have to think about their service. Whether they are providing proper corruption free service to the peoples?. Without bribe, it is very difficult to get any work from them. Vigilance police is asking voice record as proof. But, the staffs are asking bribe by signal and indirectly. I had given a complaint to repair a damaged water sump and street light problem, three months before. It was not rectified, so far. Why, they are delaying?.
