5. All vacant land in the city limits needs to be developed into green cover.
6. There should be an online grievance cell to attend to the complaints of the citizens.

3. Pedestrian Way and proper drainage system should be developed in all areas of the city.
4. Corporation should develop a mechanism to monitor the various activities like laying of roads, provision of clean drinking water, maintaining solid waste management etc.

1. 500 acres in Panjapur area could be acquired or brought under the control of the corporation on conditional agreement with the private owners and be developed as smart city with a well planned residential area along with a Central Bustand, Malls, Parks etc.
2. Convert all the EB establishments that encroaches the existing narrow roads into cable lines and allow the trees to grow on either side of the roads.

Improve road safety by removing encroachments in Thiruverumbur to Navalpattu, Kattur to Pappakurichy, and Oil mill to Ponmalai. Distribute the market and bus stand. Decentralisation is the need. Distribute the public services throughout the city to avoid mobility. Plant trees with a plan to increase the living pleasure. Almost 99 % of the trees have been cut in the name of development. As a result among all cities, the temperature in Trichy is the highest.

Trichy smart city should on the bank of Cauvery river, should be close to the historical places like Rockfort, Srirangam, Kallanai dam built by Chola kingdom and at a reasonable distance from the International airport as it can not be shifted. We may not get a better place other than the area close to Trichy Town Railway station and NH 45B as it meets the requirement of land availability for the smart city & well connected to the historical places and on the Cauvery river bank

Online e-portal deployment for better inter-departmental coordination and planning for repair and maintenance works, especially at junctions. Such activities to be permitted only during off-peak hours and disruption time should be minimized.

Deploying wardens at crucial junctions to manage pedestrian traffic can be an effective approach. By proposing sky walks, separate foot paths, and pedestrian fencing at the median and side of the road will reduce disruptions of vehicle flow and improve pedestrian safety.
