1. Encourage organic farming. 2. Create separate location for STREET VENDING, Implement as Bhubaneshwar did it successfully. 3. This will avoid encroachments and also provide vendors, their livelihood. 4. Do not build sky-scrapping buildings nor encourage them. Instead encourage smartness in small things you do.

should involve industries around Trichy like BHEL and cement plants for the purpose of converting municipal waste, sewage, etc into useful energy and to take all measures to reduce pollution from industries. Having sun light around the year should go for Solar in a big way, compulsory for new buildings and tax benefits for going solar in the existing houses. Encroachment from lakes to be removed, stop sand stealing from the river bed and go for rain water harvesting and green development

1. Don't build new roads, flyovers. Start focusing on building ponds, lakes and good well maintained water resources. 2. Encourage people to use public transport (reduce emissions greatly). Enhance best public transport under JnNURM or other schemes, encourage green vehicles or low emission vehicles. 3. Allow congestion taxing for private vehicles, BAN motorised transport at crowded places. 4. Stop putting borewells, replenish ground water naturally. 5. BAN VIP/Spl.dharshan at ALL TEMPLES.

#Beggars_rehabilitation (http://goo.gl/JyEjsn) But as mentioned in the article here, it seems it was not efficient, with children absconding the camps. What went wrong? 1) Children perceive these camps as yet another restriction for them, We have to show them it is not. 2) Take them on a tour to places like Tanjore or ooty under the guidance of enthusiastic NGOs. 3)Involve college students who would be enthusiastic to help. 4)Conduct arts competition for them. 5)Screen movies:)
