The Department of Telecommunications had requested the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to furnish its recommendations on ‘Spectrum uses charging for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and floor level of AGR based on amount of spectrum held by Commercial VSAT operators’ under section 11(1) of TRAI Act, 1997 as amended.

In this context, TRAI has prepared a consultation paper raising specific issues viz. rates of spectrum usage charges (SUC) based on adjusted gross revenue (AGR) for ISP licensee, minimum AGR for ISP licensee and VSAT licensee, allied issues like schedule of payment, charging of interest, penalty and other related issues. The Consultation Paper on ‘Spectrum Usage Charges and Presumptive Adjusted Gross Revenue for Internet Service Providers and Commercial Very Small Aperture Terminal Service Providers’ has been released on 19th August 2016 for comments of stakeholders and also uploaded on TRAI’s website (www.trai.gov.in).

The written comments on the issues raised in the consultation paper are invited from stakeholders by 13th October, 2016 and counter comments by 27th October, 2016.

श्री मोदी जी नमस्कार मै उत्तर प्रदेश उन्नाव जिले का निवासी हू सड्क हादसो से होंने वाली मौतो से आहत मेरे छोटे भाई राधेश्याम ने जनहित मे दो पहिया वाहन को चलाते समय हेलमेट पहन कर चलाये इसके लिये राधेश्याम ने एक हेलमेट लगाओ अभियान चलाया है जिसमे जन जागरुकता के लिये एक रैली का आयोतन कर लोगो को जागरुक करने का काम कर रहे है दुख इस बात का है कि आप की तिरंगा यात्रा ने हेलमेट अभियान पर पानी फेर रहे है भाजापा के बडे नेता बिना हेलमेट के यात्रा निकाल रहे है जिससे लोगो पर बिपरीत प्रभाव पड रहा है

hi sir,greetings. I wud like to bring your kind notice that mobile service providers are cheating d public & govt. How? 365days/30days=12 months & 365/28=13months.All the mobile service providers are charging 28days not 30days. since they are collecting 28days they are collecting money for 13 months. for Eg. If they collect Rs.100/month & 1crore consumers are using the service in such case the service providers get Rs.100 crores. IT IS HIGHLY CHEATING.WITH REGARDS

मॊदी जी नमस्कार् में राजस्‍थान से बांसवाडा जिला पंचायत समिति आनन्‍दपुरी ग्राम पंचायत चान्‍दरवाडा का एक आदिवासी परिवार का रहने वाला हूॅ हमारे ग्राम पंचायत में अभी तक न तो सौचालय बने है फिर भी लोग अपने पैसो से बना रहें है जिनके बन गये है उनको न तो पैसा मिलता है न किसी प्रकार की सहायता संरपचजी को न तो प्रधान सही जवाब देता है न जिला प‍र‍िषद उपर से बीजेपी काग्रेस के चक्‍कर में बैचारे आदिवासी लोग परेशान है कुछ तो करो, गरीब जनता परेशान है
