Department of Telecommunications (DoT) through their letter dated 27th February 2019 has informed that Indian Railways has proposed to install an Ultra-high-speed LTE based communication corridor along their network for Train-Ground and Train-Train communication. In this connection Indian Railways has requested DoT to reserve 15 MHz of spectrum in 700 MHz band for the purpose and to begin with 10 MHz to be allocated free of cost as the proposal is devoid of any commercial gain, but only for enhancing security and passenger amenities. Through the said letter, DoT has also requested TRAI to provide recommendations on administrative allotment of spectrum to Indian Railways and the quantum, price, appropriate frequency band (including 450-470 MHz band) and any other related issue.

A Consultation Paper on “Allotment of Spectrum to Indian Railways for Public Safety and Security Services” has been released to discuss the issues involved. Written comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper are invited from the stakeholders by 22nd July 2019 and counter-comments by 5th August 2019.

Is there a program for the development of forex trading companies? There is a list of companies developing software for automated trading. Examples of forex robots software with live statistics can be seen here - https://fxtoplist.com/ Is there a state support system for such companies? Is their activity permitted in the India?

Did Government and Ministry checked the installation of spectrum project and its cost ? I suggest Ministry of Railways must adopt GPS navigation through Satellite and ISRO must provide GPS navigation to every Civic, State and PSU maintained public transportation system this will imrove public commutation standards and save people's money waste in altered mode of transportation. I suggest Railways ministry should insist in increase communication with high band optical fiber network than wireless.

all facilities are there and certain Department has given proper instructions for such property but public has no fear on doing there mistake and breaking the rule.So, my point of view is government has make strict rule and if they are not obeying make strong action rather then penalty.Rpf os there government official staff is there in every station they need to do there duty 100%...

And who is public ?one who break the rule,one who throw the trash,one who blame u,one who blame me,one who advice,one who oppose,one who lead ect..And we are talking about which service?we have enough service but not utilizing,dustbin is there still trash will be on the floor ect..First we need to learn the proper use of existing services then only can demand the next service.Whats the use of service when no one know the value of service and no one want to value the service.

रेल्वे में लंबी दूरी की ट्रेन में जोलोगस्लीपर्स क्लास में आरक्षितटिकटों लेके परिवार के साथ सफर करते है इसमे सब से बड़ी परेशानी ये के सुबह और शाम को जो छोटी दूरी के लोग नोकरियों या कुछ कम करते नज़दीक के शहरों में जाते है वो लोगस्लीपर्स क्लास में अपने ग्रुप के साथ चढ़ जाते है और जो लोगआगे से यात्रियों प्रवास कर रहे इनके सीट में बैठ जाते है अगर नही बैठने देते तो पूरा ग्रुप झगड़ा ओर मारा मारी करते है लेडीज़ओ को छेड़ती भी करते ओर गाली भी बोलते है आगेसे जो लोगसफर करते वो परिवार के साथहोते कुछ बोलते नही है

Public safety is equal responsibility of both the Public n Authority.Problem generates only when if breaking the safety measures,R&R. And about service it's already there but we are not satisfied because we are not changing our rules breaking habit,blindly blame the authority its the easiest way which we know.If u punish us on our mistakes with penalty and non releasing custody for particular period would be the Best service ever u give and mistakes will never repeat.
