The expansion of banking and reach of financial services is considered to be vital for the long-term sustainable development of any country. From the standpoint of equity, it is essential that financial services are provided at an affordable cost to those who are presently excluded from the formal financial system. Mobile telephony could be the answer to the problems related to ‘last mile’ service delivery of financial services.

In order to identify and address the various issues for the use of USSD-based Mobile Financial Services, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released Consultation Paper on ‘Review of regulatory framework for the use of USSD for mobile financial services’ on 2nd August, 2016 for comments.

The objective of this Consultation Paper (CP) is to examine the need of mobile based financial services in the country from a public perspective, discuss the issues in its proliferation and to explore solutions for the same.

The Authority has extended the time for submission of comments upto 14th September, 2016 and counter comments by 28th September, 2016.

प्रिय प्रधान मंत्री जी मै आप से मिलना चाहता हु क्योकी मै आज तक Reservation के बारे मे समझ नही सका हु . सर आपसे मेरा यह आग्रह है की मुझे अंधेरे से निकाला जाय . अंधेरा यह की की किस तरह के लोगो को यह लाभ मिलता है .मै यह आग्रह आशा के साथ किया हुं की कि मुझे आप इस दलदल के बारे मे बेहतर समझा सके . मोरा मोबाईल नम्बर. 7033125100 So please sir .

Sir kya bat hai hum jaise garib log desh ke liye Marne ko tyar rahte hai lekin humare liye koi dhyan nahi kyoki ye gunde Jo aaj neta bane firte hai apni power ka galat istemal karte hai unke upar koi action nahi hota chahe be kuch kare kyoki desh ki itni lachar kanon vyavstha hai aap jante he sabse ganda kanon humare desh ka joki desh ka Vinas kar raha hai aap is chij be vakif bhi he humare ka lachar savidhan lachar vyavstha hai aap soch kar dekhiye 18 lakh logo par kewal 1 jaj hai non si vyavst

The various schemes of the Telecom Service Providers need to be practical. Data Packages come with a condition - whichever is earlier. For example if I choose a package of say 10GB for a month, it has a time limit of one month. If I use up 10GB within say 20 days, I must renew the package. But if I use only 5GB in 30 days, I must renew the package and I lose the balance. This is unfair. I must be permitted to use up the balance 5GB and then opt for renewal or balance to be carried forward.

Use of mobile phones for specific purposes like USSD is a difficult affair especially for elderly people in rural and semi urban areas.So i believe some sort of training or education should be provided for school going children(16+ yr) with respect to use of Mobile and Internet,So that these children can help their parents in matters of technology utilization.Only then Digital India initiative will be successful.

We experince corruption in govt offices and none of them respect a common man they are about to man handle on public if against their behaviour. It is our right to get work done by the govt officers why should we pay them for the service we are paying tax for everything then why should we pay them, this has to be changed and respect the individuals is first have to be thought for govt officials
