The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), through its letter dated 13th August 2018, informed that based on the TRAI recommendations dated 12th May 2014 on 'Provisioning of INMARSAT Satellite Phone Services', M/s BSNL has been granted a service license dated 25th August 2014 for 'Provision and Operation of Satellite based services using gateway installed in India' under "Sui-generis" category by DoT. Presently, the annual spectrum charges for the Gateway and user terminals are levied on formula basis (proportional to the number of terminals and frequency bandwidth used). M/s BSNL has been requesting to change the present methodology of spectrum charging from formula based to Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) based for provision of this service in line with the commercial VSAT service. Therefore, DoT requested TRAI to provide its recommendations on the method of levy of annual spectrum charges as per the provision under section 11(1) of TRAI Act 1997 as amended.

In view of the above, Consultation Paper on "Methodology for levy of Spectrum Charges for provision of Satellite based Services using Gateway installed in India under 'sui-generis' category" has been released on 10th October 2018 to discuss the issues involved and possible solutions.

Written comments on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper are invited from the stakeholders by 31st October 2018 and counter-comments by 8th November 2018.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के आने के बाद विश्व भार मैं भारत का नाम हो रहा हैं और मेरा मानना यह हैं कि कुछ सालों में भारत को विश्व गुरू बनाने से कोई नही रोक सकता जब से NDA की सरकार बनी है जब से देश के लोगों मैं जागरूकता भी हो गई हैं पहले हम लोग ऐसे थे कि हमारे सामने कुछ भी हो जाये लेकिन हैम कुछ नही बोलते थे लेकिन अब लोगों मैं एक सकती सी आ गई हैं औए यह बहुत अच्छा है कि हमारे देश के लोगों मैं जागरूकता होती जा रही हैं और उन्हें1अपने देश को भविष्य को बनाने में अपनी भूमिका निभाने को मिल

Sir, we all know that your government is working in making India less dependent on fossil fuels by producing more and more renewable energy.Sir,I want to suggest that why can't we install solar panels in Thar desert of rajasthan. It receives good amount of sunlight all through out the year and installing solar panels in desert will also solve the problem of land acquisition.You can call investors and international financial institutions to invest here. It would also bring more rain to Rajasthan

Modiji, Government should dictate every farmer to grow crops according to the requirements of local markets and according to the requirement of FMCG companies . Agriculture department will guide about the crops , which the farmers will farming different crops. Farmers problems are created for their unguided farming and unparallal farming to market requirements.If any farmer doesn't follow governments guiding, then government will not buy the crop of that farmer.

Caders of woman commission can enter in any shooting spot without permission of producer or director. This bollywood law will help to do this. Every producer will make temporary room for dress change for junior lady artists.Calling any junior artist in any room after shooting should be a punishable offence.

Modiji, In case of bollywood, an act is needed. Any producer should take audition in front of CCTV camera. Calling any women In hotels,house for film audition must be a punishable offence.Audition should be take place only in film studio.Producers,directors are very much economically powerful compared than any fresher actress.So this bollywood law should be autonomous to help that sexual harassment victim actress.FIR should be lodge automatically by this law through Women commission.

sir finance minister,I found so many people are not taking in ac bills,or they are under valued so to erase this,say you collect 5%more by1st dealer so wholesaler pays full tax and claims refund bal amount in 3months returns,same return should be considered as income tax return and tax should be collected every quarter reducing paper work and burden on dealers as these steps will stop eliminate bills, undervalued bills avoid paying income taxres my
