The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

The draft policy for youth has taken care for the development of the youth and nation building. Implementing the policy in an environment for fewer budding entrepreneur failures requires not only support from the central and state governments but also the private sector. School and College going students should be encouraged to use bicycle as a mode of transport, This effort by the students will not only keep them fit but also save in petrol consumption and reduce environmental pollutants.

prime minister koushal vikas yojana center at every village to develop the skills to rural youth,train the youth in every sector,at village level.give the tools to pmkvy trained persons for free.give some percentage in jobs and admissions to the person who had skill development certificate.allocate some skill development centers to educated youth,in all fields , agriculture to space.mobile skill development centers,visit the villages and train the youth.train the youth in every sector for the all round development of youth and country, budget allocation must be not lapseble.ethics must be tought in training,study the some top countries policies in the field of skill development,and adopt good methods.youth also train in values.campus placement and job fairs to youth by skill development ministry,every person should get the job and govt also encourage the youth to establish their business,firms etc all.MNC s allocate some funds to skill development as part of their CSR.

Draft National Youth Policy should specially focus on NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) youth of India in order to maximize India's demographic dividend on one side and on the other leaverage the otherwise huge ' NEET talent-waste to National-wealth' transformation for fuelling 'Amrit Kaal' objectives towards becoming a developed nation in the next 25 years.

Dear All Coinhabitants of 🌎🌍 Globe, The theory and practice difference confuse every youth and everyone on the first day of the job feels like opting for something different ? The parents and gaurdians have to choose the best way for their kids future. Physical fitness shall decide future and choice of professional post may be ultimately given and soft landing is always preferred in any field. 🚀🎯 Ofcourse, proper diet holds the key for all Lockers of Life 🧬 and Balanced diet provision is essential for healthy youth as health is wealth for all. Hungry man becomes angry man and not good for the Nation The school & college Levels of Nation should take care of this aspect and the hostel Life if every student makes him isolation habitual which makes him/her separate living style which leads to too much privacy habit many times spoils life and also more selfish decision making occurs if luck not favours. The important stage of life has to be mixed with affection and love 💖 to guide*?

How to reduce the sexual crime rate committed by Muslim men, is by banning Circumcision. Circumcision is a surgical procedure to remove the foreskin, the skin that covers the tip of the penis. After Circumcision, penis become very active because of the sensitivity of the Circumcised penis skin, which is expected to be during sexual intercourse only. After Circumcision, due to the active penis, that person started thinking of sex all the time and try to satisfy it by any means. This is resulting him to commit crime. And in the case of elderly person, sensitivity of the Circumcised penis skin will reduces and so he started looking for small kids to get that satisfaction. So ban Circumcision except for medical reasons.

The new National Youth Policy is of no use, unless the current academic syllabus is greatly reduced. I know my two high school children spends a lot of time on mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology as the syllabus is too much. I myself being a mechanical engineer had never used any of the mathematics except addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in my professional work. I never understood why I spend 80% of my youth time on advanced mathematics.

The Policy defines 'youth' as persons in the age-group of 15-29 years. India to find its rightful place in the community of nations". In order to realize this Vision, the NYP-2014 identifies 5 clearly defined 'Objectives' which need to be pursued and the 'Priority Areas' under each of the Objectives.For the young people of India, employment is not just a financial decision. They want better working conditions and jobs that align with their long-term goals. India is home to a fifth of the world's youth, and has the largest young workforce.
