The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

National Youth Policy May contain following ideas.. Ethical and moral behaviour Political participation Adoption of Life Movement Inculcating Democratic Principle’s of for the people , of the people and by the people Fundamental Duties Entrepreneurial and Vocational skills Sustainable thoughts Inculcating ideas from Great Personalities, leaders, kings of India and world.

youth policy should include 1.physical development by promoting sports in youth , develop dedicated multiple sports academy zone in cities with govt aided land 2.special privilege in school and colleges , in service to sports person 3.keep income tax low and on gross income , only rebate on 80c, 80 d, home loan . so that youth will be honest , no need to produce fake papers for professional, agricultural, depreciation, donation rebate 4.upto 10 th class there should be same subjectwise syllabus in whole country then only actual competition will be there ( no CBSE , NCERT , STATE BOARD LIKE pattern ) , no discrimination by language ( knowledge is different, language command is different) 5.there should be lectures and activities on yoga ,meditation, rastravad , ancient values, moral values 6. skill based training 7. teach them how to be mentally relax , honors values , respect relations , just don't make them money producing machinery.

I have kept this invention confidential to share with you only. because i respect you a lot, recently you visited my residence city Pune as well. I won't take more than 5 minutes if I would get a chance to share my idea with you. this might be the very good gift for us on the occasion of 15th August 2023. I though of making it patent also, but l have lack of money, but it's my intellectual property. I am greatful if I can contribute to development of our country.

Safety measures to protect people (from collapsing bridges, roads, buildings, vehicles, trains, aeroplanes etc) appear to be need of the hour as per recent past accidents/ incidents due to avoidable lapses on account of corrupt / lethargic practices of authorities. Plz consider a minute for your valuable advise in Mann Ki Baat 🙏.

The Youth Policy is also necessary with a view to rendering necessary support to the vulnerable youths, bringing out the capacity inherent in them, making appropriate management to prevent brain drain of youths and developing further potentiality, while ensuring the access of the Indian youths to opportunities generated globally.

Government should be loyalty of youths to the nation, nationality and the people, fulfilling the basic needs of the youths and promoting basic values and norms such as the principles of equality and equitable distribution, constitutional supremacy, individual freedom, universal principles of human rights, democratic values and norms, protection and promotion of ethnic, linguistic and environmental heritages and co-existence
