The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

The policy is a roadmap for the development of youth today to ensure a bright future for India tomorrow. This national-level framework will be adopted by states that will formulate their youth policies to serve the development needs of the region. The policy prescribes the necessary actions for various ministries in line with the respective thematic area. This information was given by Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Shri Anurag Thakur in a written reply in Lok Sabha today.

The health and well-being of the youth, especially young women of reproductive age, will be ensured by strengthening preventative and palliative healthcare, especially for mental health, substance abuse disorders and sexual and reproductive health issues that are critical among this demographic. The policy purports a progressive and essential approach to mobilising technology and data to improve healthcare delivery and specific interventions to provide the marginalised youth with access to quality healthcare. The policy also proposes strengthening the overall fitness of youth by building a vibrant culture of sports and fitness.

The policy envisions an education system in sync with National Education Policy, 2020 that imparts career opportunities and life skills to all young people. It ensures that the youth have access to sustainable livelihood opportunities that encourages them to stay within and revive the rural economy, generate employment via micro-region-specific strategies, foster entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship, and support the informal and emerging gig economy.

The draft NYP envisages a ten-year vision for youth development that India seeks to achieve by 2030. It is aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and serves to ‘unlock the potential of youth to advance India’. The NYP seeks to catalyze widespread action on youth development on five priority areas viz. education; employment & entrepreneurship; youth leadership & development; health, fitness & sports; and social justice. Each priority area is underpinned by the principle of social inclusion keeping in view of the marginalized sections.

youth u r the person who drafted policy of own life drafting weaving knitting with _¹ true good non-corrupt ²- moral value ethics ³- follow rules regulation duty love 4nation ⁴-awarness , fact/analysis , knows you're society well ⁵-mindset / mentality how any person in any profession needs besic/foundation & it's outcome from own/orignal sources it's work so much availability kills ability the source should be_ own intellectual 1_change 2_diversity both work as opportunity policy_ * would I spired on own ideas/thoughts not ready-made or serve plate & it's not difficult just observe surrounded by u & whatever problem picks them & convert them in2 work * युवा क्या चाहता है definitely work out only on हुनर/hardwork free/readymade/reserve _these won't count succeed eg_just change according 2 changing before lawyer only work at court but now verious option/field .social work & aware .experts in field- digital/forensic... actually just change angle &...

आदरणीय सर, प्रणाम मेरे विचार से सब गाँव की और लोटेगें तब हिन्दूस्तान की तस्वीर बदलेगी। गाँव में खेल का मैदान हो सभी बच्चे जाकर वहाँ खेलें। गाँव में बहुत सुन्दर पुस्तकालय हो जहाँ ज्ञानवर्धक पुस्तक , पत्रिका, और दैनिक समाचार पत्र पढ़ने के लिए मिले। गाँव में चौपाल लगाकर सरकारी योजनाओं के बारे में और किसानों की समस्यों का हल बताया जाए। रडियो सुनने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाए। मोबाइल पर रेडियो एप डाउनलोड करवाया जाए जिससे सही और सटीक जानकारी मिले लोगों को।

India being the most YOUNGest Nation in the world, more efforts must be taken to the welfare of youths. Government must ensure Youths in India are skillful. The skills must be in vernacular languages too, hence the rural youths also gets more knowledge on this. The Government should provide a separate platform for the youths in India to exhibit their talents. Government should consider awarding "Padma Awards" to the recognised Youths.

National youth policy is a future planning for upgrade and trained for tomorrow time.there are some point suggest for it. 1 Education policy will be framed according to needs and demand of future time. 2 Atmnirbhar education system will be framed for develop self dependence attitude and mentality for develop country. 3 Moral education is a base of young generation.it has adopt moral value for self and other people.it has strong society and family. 4 social value is a way to develop social mentality for maintain peace and brotherhood in our society. 5 Entrepreneur will be main focus in youth policy.it is a way to develop innovative and creative mindset for doing something new and innovate new thing. 6 Education will be fully focused on need of youth generation with their proper solution.
