The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Organise seminars/presentations for Youth on the different issues related to day-to-day life which includes, Environment, Economic, different Policies of Government for the citizens, Motivational classes. etc. as the youth have that much of energy and potential to do better way with new ideas to make India as VISHWA GURU.

Youth have to volunteer by means of skilled based volunteerism for the needy students who lived in the rural areas. The College/Universities/Institutes have to chock down plan to boost students to do such volunteerism work which will help poor students of rural areas and also adversely build up the expertise in own.

आजकल के समय युवाओं मैं तीन समस्याएं बहुत बढ़ गई है। यही आत्महत्या और नशे का कारण बनती है। लड़की का पीछा करना फिर पटाना। फिर बह किस्से मिल रहीं हैं किस्से बात कर रहीं हैं कहां जा रहीं हैं। शक के कारण तनाव। पत्नी के किसी से बात करने मिलने का शक भी तनाव दे रहा है। यही नशे मै धकेल रहा है। 2. Smoking wine drug का बढ़ता चलन। 3. मेंने महसूस किया कि युवाओं, स्कूल और कॉलेज पास अर्थपूर्ण प्रार्थनाएँ नहीं है। अच्छी प्रार्थना के बिना शिक्षा देना व्यर्थ है। विद्यार्थियों के अंदर शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य की भूख पैदा करना शिक्षा का प्रथम उद्देश्य है। यहां पर कुपोषण की समस्या पहले से है। और माता-पिता को इस शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य की भूख को पूरा करने का दबाव भी हो। जितना कर सके उतना तो करे। बाल मजदूरी, घरेलू मजदूरी मैं न लगाएं। पढने दे। य़ह प्रार्थना य़ह दोनों कार्य करती है। शुद्धि, स्वास्थ, शांति, शक्ति, शिक्षा पर केंद्रित प्राथर्ना Youtube for prayer FEMALE https://youtu.be/J153B-IV88Y Youtube for prayer MALE https://youtu.be/XvFDXK7ywaQ ब्लॉग www.educationprayer.blogspot.com

For youth-serving organizations — including schools and school districts — to effectively support family and community engagement, the support of federal, state, tribal, and local policymakers is needed. Create infrastructure for leadership: Ensure the appropriate systems are in place to develop, implement, and coordinate the key components of family and community engagement. Provide adequate staffing to support these systems. Strategically allocate funds to ensure sufficient oversight, capacity building, and quality control to support effective policies and practices. Build capacity through collaboration: Seek the support of other organizations to facilitate sharing research and best practices, to coordinate family and community engagement with other initiatives, and to reduce duplication and maximize efficiency. Ensure reporting, learning, and accountability: Increase the use of proactive monitoring and evaluation to ensure compliance with family and community engagement policies

Human Rights and Gender Sensitivity Human rights and gender sensitivity were integrated into the objectives, interventions and indicators during the development of the action plan, when applicable. Youth Participation Young people were a main partner who participated in the development of the action plan. Eight work group discussions for youth were set up in different regions of the country and youth representatives were involved in the process of developing the plan, particularly setting priorities.
