The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

In order to have real world qualitative education, the minimum education criteria for various fields should be redefined. For e.g. when the criteria was absolute 50% minimum score for engineering, it was the percentage system then. Now we have moved to percentile system. So for e.g. for engineering admissions, the minimum score should be fixed as 50 percentile. This means that no government or private colleges should be able to take admission if the percentile score is less than 50 percentile. This may translate to say even 75% in terms of absolute percentage. The main point here is that the students unduely chase engineering medical or other fields and become victim of the lower grades and lower quality and unemployment. So having fixed this criteria, would help students to chose the right field and not run for the fields purely for jobs and money and then be disappointed. They can chose really what they can do .

Our curriculum focuses on more theoretical concepts rather than particle experiences. We should focus on training projects at +2 level to give the students first hand experience of how to implement their concepts and build something. These projects should carry grades which will be added to the final marks sheets to showcase the implementation abilities of the student.

we are into worst situation - on one side = lacs of youth are graduating, waited ng for opportunities on the other side = Automation AI Chatgpt are making human redundant and no opportunities . first of all stop allowing more births or control the scope of machines so that jobs are intact else in short time - nature will take its course of civil war or natural calamities resulting in killing billions. our choice whether we should save man from AI or nature will have to do

In every district, few small scale industrial units may be erected. These may be alloted to a group of skilled youth to run. From the profit, they may reimburse in installments the establishment cost of unit. But in successive three years loss, unit may be alloted to another group of skilled youth. Experiment worth trying

it is necessary for youth to become a post graduate for getting five figure salary . with out a post graduation , it is very difficult for youth to get a five figure salary in India. The Aim is to give more time to studies than to other activities in the youth ages as of now the course fee & admission are very difficult to obtain for a middle class family lot of things a youth can share in making high marks for exam a like using only e data as reference and using online library for data collection etc as online reference can give more marks like the text books a student have
