Respected PM Modi Ji, I write to you as a medically boarded-out officer cadet who sustained service-related disability during military training. Like many others, I joined the Armed Forces with pride and dedication, but my journey was cut short due to injuries directly attributable to Since 1996, when the then non-BJP Government (then Congress Govt.) stopped the disability pension for boarded-out cadets, disabled trainees have been left without their rightful dues. For nearly three decades, we have been striving for basic entitlements and dignity. Despite repeated assurances and even approvals by the Hon’ble Raksha Mantri in March 2024, these measures remain unimplemented. Today, we are not only denied a fair disability pension, but also medical coverage through ECHS. Once boarded out, we are left without any medical support — despite our injuries being service-related. Furthermore, the Ex-Gratia compensation is unfairly linked to the minimum salary of the Central Government,

Respected Prime Minister, On this independence day, I am happy to share my thoughts regarding the agricultural sector of India.In Kerala, many small-scale paddy farmers invest heavily but earn very little, as production often fails to cover costs. I propose a Farmer–Shareholder Initiative under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model. Farmers would: 1.Remain landowners while leasing land for cultivation. 2.Be shareholders in the project, ensuring they benefit directly. 3.Receive advanced machinery and technology from private partners to increase yield. 4.Earn a fair share of profits, in addition to wages, ensuring sustainable income. This model would increase productivity, ensure profits reach farmers, protect their land rights, and keep produce in the Indian market—strengthening both rural livelihoods and national food security. I sincerely request your kind consideration of this proposal for the benefit of our farmers and the future of Indian agriculture.

As we approach the 79th Independence Day, I would like to share my thoughts for your speech on August 15th. I believe this year’s focus should be on job security in the private sector and creating more job opportunities for graduates, especially given the rising cost of living. Higher education has become unaffordable for many due to increasing fees. Could there be more initiatives, such as exchange programs or skill-based opportunities, to ensure that even those unable to pursue expensive degrees can still build a strong career?
