We are developing an extensive network of highways and expressways. However, once these new roads—especially outer ring roads around cities—are completed, restaurants, apartment complexes, and commercial centers begin to spring up rapidly along them. Over time, this leads to congestion, and the very roads meant to ease traffic become overcrowded again. To prevent this cycle, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) should collaborate with local authorities to designate specific commercial zones. Additionally, we must enforce a regulation prohibiting the construction of new commercial establishments within 100 meters of any highway.

It would be good if you can encourage youngsters to take it up in their hands - ensure garbage separation at homes and not littering the roads. Also encourage the corporations to ensure segregation before collection. At least in Bangalore the corporation workers mix up even the segregated waste. And garbage dumps are a reality all over the city.
