Subject: Appeal for Support in Addressing Language Barriers Across States Respected Prime Minister, I am writing to bring attention to a matter that deeply affects many citizens in our diverse nation — the challenges faced due to language barriers in various states. Individuals who move to different parts of India often struggle to communicate, which sometimes forces them to mask their identity just to blend in or feel accepted. This silent struggle affects their confidence, access to services, and sense of belonging. As a responsible and concerned citizen, I strongly believe that every Indian, regardless of linguistic background, deserves to feel secure, respected, and supported in any part of the country. I humbly urge the government to consider initiatives that promote linguistic inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, especially in public services, education, and administration. Together, let us build a truly inclusive Bharat united in diversity, and strong in understanding.

Respected Prime Minister !. While our country is making progress under your leadership what needs to be strengthened is local government where the tyre hits the road. Are they accountable to meeting the needs of the public. Do they have the skills. At least in Delhi, where I live , its still frustrating to deal with local government in so many areas. Narendra Modiji, Sir, On the occasion of Independence Day celebration, I would like to request that steps to be taken to reform the UPSC Civil Service Examination and provide its marks and answer key after the preliminary examination. Currently, the preliminary answer key and marks are given after all the steps of the Civil Service Examination, including preliminary, mains and interview. Due to this, it is often not possible to correct the mistake and understand where the fault occurred. Also, I request that the number of attempts for the general category be increased. Please talk about toxic work culture and work life balance. Work life balance is an important public health issue. In our government banks, work culture has become too toxic. Young employees have started suffering from lifestyle diseases like heart problems, sugar, BP . Due to long working hours, they are unable to find time for exercise. Leaves are granted by senior management only when one is ill, one's family member is ill or has passed away. There are no morales, no ethics when it comes to exploiting subordinate employees. Employees are made to work 12 hours a day and also on bank holidays. Please do something to restore work life balance. Please bring laws to prevent exploitation. Also, please expedite approval of 5 days banking. It's pending at DFS for long time.
