Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji I am very much thrilled to see that our country is progressing in all directions and the vision of yours truly motivates the working force like us to work even harder. However, I would like to submit the following for your kind consideration The injustice that is being met out to Officer Cadets of Armed Forces who chose to serve the country at a tender age of 16 to 18 years still remains unresolved. On sustaining injuries, they are treated like a fly in the tea and left to fend for themselves. This has been ongoing and there are around 350 to 400 such cadets. While in other government services, the employees are still retained but in Armed forces they are just removed out without legitimate benefits. Please address this anamoly by giving them an option of shelter employment, ECHS, ESM status and ensure that their academic education is not halted due to their boarding out from Acadamies. Approval was given by Sh Parrikar Ji but still unresolved till date.

Respected Pradhan Mantri Shri Narendra Modi ji, As we celebrate another Independence Day, I wish to highlight the plight of cadets medically boarded out from military academies before commissioning. These young patriots join with the intent to serve and undergo rigorous training, but due to service-related medical issues, are released without recognition or long-term support. Currently, they are denied Ex-Servicemen (ESM) status and ECHS benefits, leaving them and their families vulnerable. This gap in policy is unjust, considering their sacrifice and commitment. I humbly request your kind consideration to: 1. Grant ESM status to medically boarded-out cadets. 2. Extend ECHS benefits for their continued care. A mention of this issue and announcement of reforms in your 15th August address would be a powerful message of national gratitude and inclusion. Thanks for your invaluable efforts for the nation . Jai hind !

The way people (without disabilities) think about and treat persons with disabilities needs transformation in our country. One of the biggest problems is ‘under expectation’. These persons have capabilities. They should be allowed to perform. Government nor anyone else should think that a favour is done by giving a job or admission to such persons. The underlying belief that such persons are inferior should be eradicated from our society. I know of an incident where a mother of an abled child objecting to school giving admission to a child having hearing loss. Problem of disability has to be tackled scientifically: early identification, early intervention and intensive training. They empower such persons to grow independent realising full potential. My daughter is one example. The belief system that disability is due to a sin committed earlier or karma should not be allowed to prevail. All children from elementary school level should learn about disabilities and treat them as equals.

Respected Prime Minister, I write on behalf of all injured and decommissioned Officer Trainees from NDA, IMA, INA and other academies. We joined ready to lay down our lives for the nation, and even without the uniform, our commitment remains unchanged. Yet, when injuries cut short our careers, our lives are derailed, and our struggles lost in bureaucracy. We are rarely even discussed in Parliament. Our demands have, at times, been approved by the Defence Minister, yet since March 2024 no action has followed. We humbly seek: 1) Disability Pension, 2) Ex gratia linked to stipend, not minimum govt pay, 3) ESM status. We are barely 200 people — surely a nation of 1.4 billion can stand for those who once stood ready to protect it. Regards.

History Awareness Movement "There is a proverb: 'He who does not know history cannot build history.' There is a misconception about us Indians, that historical events have not been systematically documented. However, this is definitely a 'misconception.' Ancient historical temples often feature donor inscriptions carved in stone on the temple walls. These inscriptions document construction periods, backgrounds, temple festivals, and fairs. They were created with the intention of lasting perpetually from ancient times. Sister Nivedita's words, "From the past – through the present – towards the future," highlight the importance of history and societal goals. Hence the History Awareness Movement. This movement is aimed at raising public awareness regarding the protection and development of historical monuments in towns and villages. Make people aware and proud of their heritage. Through this movement, historical monuments in every village will be preserved

My dear countrymen, On this auspicious day of 15th August, as we celebrate 78 years of our freedom, I stand before you with pride and gratitude. Our journey from 1947 to 2025 has been extraordinary — built on the dreams, sweat, and sacrifice of countless patriots. Today, we look ahead to a future led by the strength of our youth. India is blessed with the largest youth population in the world. More than 65% of our people are below the age of 35. This is not just a number — it is our greatest asset. But an asset yields value only when it is developed. The time has come to ensure that every young Indian is not only educated but also employable, not only skilled but also self-reliant. In the era of rapid technological change, traditional education alone is not enough. We must create a culture where skills are valued as much as degrees. Coding, AI, robotics, data analysis, digital marketing, agriculture innovation, renewable energy, design, health services — the opportunities are endless
