Respected Sir, I earnestly appeal for your kind intervention to implement the recommendations of the 2015 committee of experts concerning the welfare of officer cadets who were released from our military academies on medical grounds. These young patriots, who once stood at the threshold of serving the nation in uniform, were compelled to leave training due to circumstances beyond their control. By adopting the committee’s proposals, the nation would not only offer them the dignity, support, and opportunities they deserve, but also send a powerful message that India never forgets the dedication and sacrifices of those who sought to defend her honour.

I was medically boarded out from the defence academy due to a service-related injury sustained during training. Though my career ended before commissioning, my disability arose in the line of duty. I request the following measures 1.DGR Schemes: Extend all Directorate General Resettlement training and placement programmes to boarded-out cadets. 2.Sheltered Employment: Provide suitable roles in government/PSUs for those with medical limitations. 3.Disability Pension: Grant pension proportionate to assessed disability. 4.Ex Gratia Basis: Calculate on cadet stipend instead of minimum central pay. 5.Lifetime Medical Care: Ensure uninterrupted treatment at military hospitals. 6.ECHS Access: Include us in ECHS without contribution. 7.Ex-Servicemen Status: Grant ESM recognition for welfare benefits and symbolic honour. 8.Implement Approved Schemes: Enforce DGR initiatives already sanctioned. 9.Act on 2015 Committee Report: Implement all welfare recommendations for boarded-out cadets.

Dear Prime minister sir, The current year and in years to come India and its economy has to face real challenges, these are like new opportunities. Due to the growth of the Indian economy and increased reputation in world order, many western countries are jealous but they have no options, but as usual they are trying to stop our growth, by planning and destroying country image by their media tool or many other ways like imposing tariffs, by supporting our adversaries, to destroy our internal peace and much more. what's our role is more important under your leadership. To convert these challenges into opportunities and add some more fuel to speed up our growth rate like some movements. It's time like now or never. Our country will never get such opportunities again. India has gracefully faced sanctions and emerged as the winner before. They struggle for respect, medical facilities, status and survival. We appreciate your directions to help the officer cadets get their due share , but, your departments don’t seem to look the way you see things. Please help! Following is the least our government can do for medically boarded-out Officer Cadets. These are also already approved by your government. 1. Medical facilities 2. ⁠Disability pension 3. ⁠Ex serviceman status at Officer Level
