Respected prime minister Jai hind sir, I am an ex officer cadet of National Defence Academy. I was medically boarded out from the academy due to injury sustained during training. Sir we merely have any representation,so we seek your support for our cause. We are granted ex gratia which is not even sufficient for the treatment of our injuries. It should be atleast linked to the stipend received by Lieutenants. Also we do not demand much but atleast what is promised by the government should be implemented. The implementation of DGR schemes which are already approved by Raksha Mantri and Implementation of the suggestions of the committee of experts given in 2015. This support is enough to make us stand again and live a life of dignity.

सर शिक्षा व्यवस्था हमारे देश का बहुत अच्छा नहीं है हमें जरुरत है कुछ बदलाव लाने की यह थ्योरेटिकल सब्जेक्ट्स बस पढ़ाई जाती है , शिक्षकों में पढ़ने का कोई मान नहीं रहते लेकिन सीनियर्स और सचिव के दबाव में उन्हें सिलेबस समाप्त करना होता है। कोई भी गवर्नमेंट संस्था अपना काम सही से नहीं करती है इंजीनियरिंग डिप्लोमा सेक्टर bteup बोर्ड में लाखों बच्चों की बैक आती है स्किल्स पर कोई वर्क नहीं होता है। कई संस्था तो जंगल में गांव में बने है जहां न तो इलेक्ट्रिसिटी प्रॉपर्ली आती है और न ही प्रॉपर पढ़ाई होती है गवर्नमेंट संस्था के प्रिंसिपल और शिक्षक अपने अपने केबिन में बिजी रहते है।

Honourable Prime Minister Sir, I am an Army Officer Cadet of TES 30 batch, medically boarded out from CTW MCEME due to an injury during training. We cleared SSB interview and medicals to serve the nation, but mishaps in the academy left us permanently disabled. The Ex Gratia we receive is linked to the minimum salary of a Central Govt employee, not the stipend given to trainees, resulting in a very small amount. ESM status is also denied, making it harder to restart life after years lost compared to our peers. I request you to grant disability pension, accord ESM status, and link Ex Gratia to the trainee stipend.
