“माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा आग्रह है कि इस स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर आप ‘हिंदी प्रोत्साहन वर्ष’ की घोषणा करें, जिसमें सभी केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों, राज्य सरकारों एवं सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों (PSU) में कार्य का अधिकतम हिस्सा हिंदी में किया जाए। हिंदी हमारे संविधान की राजभाषा है और यह भारत की एकता व सांस्कृतिक पहचान का आधार है। यदि प्रशासनिक पत्राचार, तकनीकी दस्तावेज़, बैठकों एवं प्रशिक्षण में हिंदी को प्राथमिकता दी जाए, तो यह न केवल भाषा का सम्मान होगा, बल्कि नागरिकों को शासन से जोड़ने का सशक्त माध्यम भी बनेगा।”
