Maternal death is happening now also, especially due to lack of Free medical facilities in the nearest locations. If a pregnant women suffering from a severe labour/delivery pain and the government hospital is far away from that location means, people are helping to save the life of the baby and the mother, initially they are admitting that women to the very nearest private hospital, but that hospital is not allowing, they are asking for the initial hospital and admission fees to start the treatment, without money they refuse to start the treatment, this makes very high risk for the pregnant women. My Suggestion for this is, Every hospital in India must admit and give the treatment at the free of cost, for the pregnant women suffering from severe labour pain in order to save the life of both the mother and the baby. Good morning sir, Can we think of using e cheques..Yes sir..In our mobile banking app ,We should make a cheque book request. Banks should issue e cheque book with all security features with logo random numbers .Customer has to fill all the details by typing after that he has to sign with aadhaar otp or with biometric authentication. Then he can share it to payee.After that the payee has to present it in his bank's mobile app.Then his bank has to get it in clearing app..after verification of details bank can present it in clearing. Then paying bank should verify the authenticity of the cheque and issuer details it can honour the cheque. Here the cheque is being issued in digital mode only.whatever the security features that physical cheque has should also be applicable here..and the time consumption for issuance cheque and giving it to payee Then presenting in bank will get vanished..and here we won't get material alteration..
