The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens. Please formulate your vision statement for Pasighat (preferably in less than 50 words) and submit on www.mygov.in

The prize money for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd position is Rs. 11000, Rs.7000 and Rs.5000 respectively.

The last date to submit your entries is 12th November, 2015.

Town plan should be maintain properly & all the the existing building should be demolish & construct sytematically.Drainage cannal should be construct such as that there may not be a place for water stagnant.In PASIGHAT there should be medical & engineering colleges of their own because when qualified stundents went to study engineering course at oter ststes they were illtreat by other states people & create tense for the students & they unable to concentrate on their study.

Pasighat need the following works to be a smart good city:- 1, Proper town planning should be provide in the white paper. 2, govt. should used minimum land for govt. structure by design multi-building structure. 3, proper road connectivity should be provide within/near by areas of city. 4, within the city domestic animals should not be allow. 5, marketing area should be air mark properly so that no encroachment occur within after designed.
