Why is no action been taken on OMCs that do not follow de leasing policy drafted by Petroleum Ministry ?

Why are OMC fighting unnecessary litigations which they can simply avoid by following LAW OF THE COUNTRY ?

Why is not BPCL acting like a ideal person & vacating the site where they dont have lease

Sir let me congratulate you for the outstanding work your ministry is doing wrt either small field bidding or open licensing. But as you very much aware of the fact that in prevailing oil price scenario the companies are very much in bad shape. My question is as you are about to announce the new policy like HELP is not it the opportune time to bring all the previous licences to a common platform like HELP. This might encourage companies to invest more and more.

Good decision to start 10000 new lpg distributors. Ensure transfer of atleast 5000 connections from old distributors so that new distributors dont loose money and become unviable. As a distributor appointed in Dec 2014,still not reached viable limits.Kindly look into disproportionate consumer base between old & new lpg distributor in the same area of operation.Distributors operating above ceiling limit be restructured by transferring consumers to new distributors to provide better services.
