I used to travel by train to my school where I have noticed so many people throwing coins into the Ganga river near Hooghly Ghat Station in West Bengal. Dear Sir, Kindly make installation of rooftop solar on plot size >100 sqm size (residential/commercial/industrial) mandatory with immediate effect (new/existing building) on all India basis ,which is current policy of Haryana Govt, to achieve target of 40GWp rooftop capacity by 2022, currently only 10% of that target is achieved. This will be done with provision of panelty/fines it not complied with
